Gemütliches Zimmer in einer Gated Community mit sehr freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Gastgebern sowie Wachpersonal. Manchmal wird man jedoch beim Schlafen durch die Geräusche der Wasserpumpe gestört, welche sich direkt neben dem Zimmer befindet. Den Gemeinschaftsbereich mit Fintessstudio, Co-Working Space und Swimmingpool sollte man auf Fall nutzen, da dieser von den anderen Bewohnern der Community wenig frequentiert wird..

Staying with Fon and Adam was truly an unforgettable experience! It was our first time living with a host family, and we couldn’t have asked for a better one. They are incredibly warm, kind, and full of positive energy. We felt so welcome from the very first moment. On top of that, it was such a great opportunity to practice our English in a fun and natural way! The house is absolutely beautiful—spacious, modern, and so cozy. Every detail made us feel right at home. Our room was big, super clean, and peaceful—we slept like babies! We honestly didn’t want to leave. If you’re lucky enough to stay here, you’re in for something special!

Lovely little stay, very clean and beds were super comfortable. uraiprapa is a great host couldn’t do enough for us.

It was a great stay - house is located slightly outside of the city, but is easily reachable on a taxi. House itself was great - much better then on photos, huge bedrooms and living room. Great grill/shabu area - menu set provided by staff was delicious and reasonably priced. Personal garden outside is super peaceful, canal is quite cinematic as well. Only thing - buy all food you need before getting there - closest 7/11 is about 10 minutes by car. Overall great place to leave a city for a few days in case you don't want to go anywhere far.

We stayed for over a month whilst my partner completed a student placement at Mahidol university and it was lovely! The room was clean, bed was comfortable and huge, and the Aircon was great. The hosts also really took care of us by giving us homegrown fruit everyday and by lending us books for during our stay. We loved spending time in Salaya and will hopefully return at some point in the future. Thanks again for a lovely stay!

Mr. Sasha’s house is very beautiful and cozy, and they have two adorable Chihuahuas, Chic and Dodo. The room comes with a private bathroom, which is very convenient. The decoration of the room is also lovely. Mr. Sasha provides clean towels and coffee, and the whole family is incredibly nice. Also, I highly recommend Mr. Sasha’s Korean restaurant. I wanted to eat there every day — the shrimp meal, salmon, jajangmyaon, gimbap, fried chicken — every dish was super delicious. Especially the shrimp, it’s a must-try for every guest. It’s truly yummy Korean-style food. I will miss this place and will definitely stay here again next time I come to BKK! Let me know if you want a more casual or formal tone!

Very close to Yanhee Hospital so it was very convenient. A little confused finding the place as block number wasn’t given to us or the name of the house to make it easier. But we got there in the end. Pillows where super comfy

Really liked staying here - great central location with lots of restaurants and coffeeshops, close to two metro stations, the apartment itself is super clean, clutter-free but has everything you need - very neatly organized with great attention to detail. Buay, the host, is very friendly and a pleasure to deal with. Favorite part was the view - the apartment looks out to the west, so you get to see the sunset every evening.

L'appartement est très bien entretenu, propre et conforme à la description. Il est idéalement situé, ce qui facilite les déplacements et l'accès aux principaux points d'intérêt. L'entrée est simple et très bien expliquée, ce qui rend l'arrivée sans tracas. L'hôte est réactif, répond rapidement aux messages et se montre très serviable. On s'est sentis en confiance tout au long du séjour. Le seul point à noter : le lit est très ferme. Personnellement, je n’ai pas aimé, mais ma conjointe a adoré – c’est vraiment une question de préférence personnelle. Mis à part cela, tout était parfait !

The pool was amazing and made the stay! Easy to get to Impact Arena from the apartment.

The stand out features of this condo are the blackout curtains and the water pressure in the shower. We typically find showers in Thailand to have very weak water pressure. This one almost blows you out the bathroom in comparison. Also uncommon to find blackout curtains in Thailand. They really help with sleep quality. We’d give 100 stars for these two features alone if we could. We also noticed that the table behind the sofa, facing the smart TV also worked really well for us. That setup allowed my husband to be on his laptop while eating dinner and watching Netflix while I was doing the same from the sofa. Grab drivers had no problem at all locating the condo (also a huge plus). Location couldn’t have been better for us and check in was straight forward. The pool has shade!! Another fantastic feature. Overall super happy with this stay and would definitely try to stay here again :)

Our stay here was absolutely amazing.The place is very peaceful and only 4 min walk to mrt statio.The place is exactly what is posted.For me its better to stay here than in a hotel because everything is provided.The place is spacious and clean.There were 3 airconditions that made our stay more comfortable.The Host "Chariat" was very friendly and responsive and gave good recommendations on how to go over the area.There was a po just beside the unit but we were not able to use because of our limited time.We were provided with towels,sleepers and other toiletries that we need.I would definitely recommend this place for a family or group of 3.We enjoyed our stay here in Bangkok because of this very lovely home.Thank you Chairat!!!

My friends and I enjoyed our stay at Jun's place. The building itself is well maintained and very easy to order grabfood. The unit is very new, clean and they have provided almost everything we need. They even have extra curtain for us to put on as it could be quite bright in the morning. Peaceful location.
