I recommend it 100%! Phornphailin and its mother are the best hosts on Airbnb! The house is quita and very well equipped. They sample water, breakfast, and take care of the house. Great! I will return for sure and thank you for everything!!

My friends stayed for 4 nights and they really loved the place and the location. check in was easy. the place is clean, spacious and very comfortable. close to Chatuchak weekend market and lots of food stalls and convenience store nearby. We'll definitely book this again if we come back to Bangkok.

What a lovely place! Definitely exceeded our expectations. The location is around peaceful neighborhood, also close to Bangkok's main attractions. The house itself is charming and unique- lots of traditional character with a cozy, lived-in feel. Home is well maintained, very neat. There was a ready supply of drinking water in the fridge, just as we needed them. Air-conditioning was excellent, there is a microwave and garment steamer, complete with other basic amenities. Host, Darin was very responsive and accommodating.

I was very satisfied with Didnudda’s property. Didnudda was a great host and extremely accommodating and very easy to work with. I would highly recommend this rental.

The place is super new ! The house is sparkling clean Everything is in walkable distance . So many restaurants nearby and also MRT . Easy to get around ! 7-11 is just 5mins walk Way is a good host and always responsive. Thank you for having me.

We had a wonderful stay. The accommodation is lovingly furnished and offers everything you need for a relaxing time. Check-in was simple and straightforward, so we could arrive and enjoy directly. The location is also great, with a quick connection to the sky train, the area can be easily explored. Shopping such as Lotus is also nearby. The value for money was absolutely right for us. Overall a great place with a feel-good factor, we will be happy to come back.

Walkable distance to so many local food shops and 7-11. Quiet and Peaceful. Host is very responsive. Would recommend it to my friends. Thank you for your oranges when we checked in. They are so sweet. Just FYI- all the bathrooms are not attached to any bedrooms. Have to go out of the bedrooms to use the toilets.

This AirBNB was awesome and perfect for our stay in Bangkok! The apartment was spacious and beautiful - it looks just like the pictures. I loved having coffee on the balcony in the morning. A nice looking pool (though I didn't use it). Very clean, the AC was good. Each bedroom has a smart TV, and it has a washer and dryer, which is a nice luxury. The managers were very responsive to any messages we sent, and were kind enough to let us check out late. The check in process was easy (though be aware, check out required an inspection so don't order your Grab right away). Ari is a nice walkable neighborhood, close to BTS, with lots of street food during the day and some nice cafes, restaurants, and bars. It's a little further out from the center, but Bangkok is so spread out anyway we didn't find that that affected us too much. Only downside - the WIFI was a bit weak, especially outside of the main room. Not a problem for us, but maybe a concern for someone working remote.

One of the best place I have ever had. Our family so enjoy staying there . Host are so friendly and very responsive . I will surely come again staying in that place. fully recommended. I have saved in my memory .

Had a lovely stay and the place was very clean. The only downside was the construction next door, which was a bit disturbing in the mornings but overall great!

Mostly good, only the mattress is too soft pillows too hard to sleep ~ The whole house is very clean, the host is nice, it is a nice place, there are many restaurants and 7-11, 10 minutes to the MRT station, it is convenient

The host responds quickly to questions. The value for money is absolutely fair. The accommodation and the surroundings offer everything for a pleasant stay: shopping, massages, good coffee.

Piyamas is a very kind host! Respond very quickly . Her brother is a very nice person too. The neighbor community is very quite and have swimming pool, market close around. Definitely suggest stay again! She can meet you any inquiry you want during your stay. Definitely recommend your stay!

Stayed at Niche’s place for a meeting. Room is clean, there are some restaurants in the area and very near the BTS and Airport Link station

The house and host are amazing will highly recommended infact we have booked to come back its a very short distance from the lively hustle of bangkok and also a short distance to some amazing cultural attractions like the famous floating market and countless other historic attractions. I recommend getting the grab app if new to thailand there fairs are very cheap and clean and makes getting around very easy

First of all, the owner was very interested, responded quickly to all our questions and was solution-oriented. I would like to thank him. The house and site are useful and quiet, a pleasant site and there is a night market right below (you won't go hungry and you can get what you need) there were a few minor difficulties, the bed was very hard but the owner moved him to a different apartment. The location is a few hours away from the central places (it was a little difficult to get around) it is good that the metro line is close. You can first get on the pink line and then go to the green line (BTS).

On a quiet residential street, this former shopfront residence is the antidote to the hordes of whitewashed, modern apartments in Bangkok. We stayed for three nights and would likely stay again next time we are in the city.

Well situated, clean and comfortable, always someone at the reception, possibility to buy water and snacks, it was nice !

Best place to stay at BKK for groups!! Near lotus supermarket, kfc, mcd and 7/11!!
