Beautiful T1 in the city center two minutes from the beaches

Nice apartment, great location. Good bedding. All done on foot. At the Rondelli car park and at the climb of the Val Rahmeh garden you can find a free spot! But you still have to walk after that! Only Les Sablettes Beach, as its name suggests, has sand, but currently closed for embellishment work. A building construction is planned next to the Verlaine, check it out!

We stayed in the house for 8 days. The house is beautifully decorated, the view is amazing. The communication with Cristina was great. She was very quick to respond to our requests, helped us with the tips for the area, was always very friendly and helpful. We felt very comfortable.

Very pleasant stay, Tobias is very friendly and caring, his accommodation is perfectly thought out for an idyllic stay. And cherry on the cake, take the time to have a drink at Üga its wine bar in the old center of Montalto and enjoy its beautiful selection of wine.

everything as described. The house is beautiful, small but perfect for two people. Equipped with everything. The garden is also really a plus, unfortunately we could not use it because the weather still did not allow us to fully enjoy it and for our schedules.

We really enjoyed our stay over Christmas and New Year and felt very much at home.The balcony too was great and we enjoyed having breakfast there most mornings looking at the beautiful sea views.Would recommend Laure's place and will hopefully stay there again

A wonderful stay! Great location right next to the basilica, with tons of restaurants right nearby. A beautiful view of the sea just outside the door. Apartment was very clean and comfortable. Our train was late which pushed back our scheduled arrival, but Cecile was very patient and flexible. There are many stairs to get to the apartment, but Cecile helped point out a route for us that had less stairs :) A great stay!

We had a super chill stay at Levon’s beautiful home. Levon was awesome—thank you for accommodating our late check in. That extra flexibility really made it a little less stress free. The place itself is charming and cozy, though if you're traveling with kids, just a heads up: some of the decor is pretty delicate. It’s nothing major, just something to be aware of so you can keep an eye on little hands around breakables. The location is spot on too—just a short walk to the train and tram stations, which made getting around super easy. Overall, we’d definitely recommend Levon’s home.

The communication with Dominik went very well and clearly. The stay is as described and the location is perfect. In less than 10 minutes you can be in the center of Menton on foot. The location is very quiet with a magnificent view over Menton and the bay. The parking is a huge added value just like the new air conditioning. Definitely worth mentioning is the good bed. Dominik and Michaella are very pleasant hosts who make every effort to ensure you a pleasant stay. Super thank you for the good care, we'd love to come back.

Very nice accommodation in a private villa. We appreciated the beauty of the place, the comfort and cleanliness of the space. 3 minutes from Final Borgo and 2km from the beach, the location is ideal Gianluca is a super welcoming host, easy and very available. We had an idyllic stay in this cliffside studio. The breathtaking views of the valley are simply spectacular, especially at sunrise and sunset. The interior is both comfortable and well-equipped, offering everything you need for a comfortable stay. We particularly enjoyed the calm and privacy of this place, perfect for relaxing. Great accommodation with everything as listed including the fantastic views! Quiet, peaceful location within walking distance to amenities, old town and beaches. The villa would not be suitable for anyone with mobility issues as there are a number of stairs within the accommodation. Also a certain level of fitness is required to walk back up to the villa at least 2 or 3 times each day as we did not hire a car. An information pack for guests would be useful regarding local restaurants, transport etc. even in this digital age! Stefano was very responsive to any queries we had and many thanks for the welcome bottle of fizz!

We felt very comfortable in the apartment. The service was great and we responded to our questions right away. The location is very good and the train station is only 500 meters away. Only the garage was too small for my Volvo station wagon, but the car could be parked on the street. We would book the apartment again.

Enjoyed our stay at Sophie's lovely home. Loved the location! Walk out the door, turn the corner and you enter the area of so many lovely shops and restaurants. The bedrooms are on the backside of the home and were very quiet even though we were so close to all the action. Kitchen was fabulous and well equipped. Sophie provided us with a welcome gift of wine and much needed snacks after traveling from the states. She was very accommodating and responsive! Would definitely stay here again if I visit Nice in the future!

Beautiful large independent studio with sea view

This studio is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. Roselyne was a gracious, helpful, and responsive host. The amenities were wonderful, especially the terrace, the pool, and the rain shower next to the sauna! We certainly felt spoiled enjoying expresso on the terrace as the sun rose over the Mediterranean and a swim after lunch in the private pool. We were close enough to enjoy cappuccino and croissants in Italy in the morning and walk to the beach in Menton. Beware its a good 30 minute walk with many steps on the return trip, but well worth it! We arrived late after a day of exploring and the delicious French cheese, yogurt, jam and bread left for us were such a lovely surprise....it was difficult to leave this comfortable, clean, and beautiful place.

Martine and Marc hosted us very well in their charming rental, carefully decorated with a great view and quiet. The rental is very well equipped with a real WiFi box which is a plus for our 2 teenagers who were able to stay connected :) Martine and Marc advised us well on the area and documentation is available on-site, they were also available if we had any questions. In short, we enjoyed our stay in this beautiful house and this very beautiful region very much.

Mega great & quiet place to stay !! We stayed there for 6 days and enjoyed it insanely, in 5 - 10 minutes by car in Arenzano or Cogoleto.
