The best in Davao City! 5/5

I gave 4 stars because the place could use a bit of improvement. The bedroom, living room, bathroom, and kitchen were all spotless, which we really appreciated. However, there were no rugs provided, and some of the kitchen utensils—especially the spoon and fork—had a slight rusty smell, so we opted to use wooden ones instead. The area itself is peaceful and private, making it a great place to relax and unwind. The restaurant nearby opens at 7:30 AM, the pool at 9:00 AM, and the beachfront is accessible anytime. Check-in took a bit of time, so we explored other nearby spots while waiting. Despite that, our overall experience was great, and we’re definitely looking forward to coming back soon.

We had an amazing short but sweet time at Casa Felecitas condo! I’ve always wanted to do a staycation with my parents, niece and nephew and it was great that we did it at Beng’s place :) So many things I like — the unit close to elevator, TV with Youtube & Netflix ready, Fast internet for remote/online work, kitchen with complete utensils and cooking tools, nicely design bedrooms with balcony + pool view, washing machine and the pool! On top of that, Beng is very responsive, friendly and communicated and prepared our check-in well. I would definitely book this place again when we need another staycation 💯

Great stay clean and comfortable. Only feedback I have is that upon arrival one is made to sign a 2/3 page contract which includes a list of all items in the house and cost to replace it. Ofcourse after a long travel the guest will not be interested to check the list of items in the house to confirm it is actually there before signing. I signed because i was tired and wanted to rest. Checkout was smooth.

The place is really cozy and perfect for spending me-time. I love the interior design. Would defeinitely book again.

The place was accessible and near the airport. The host was easy to communicate with and gave detailed instructions for everything. I enjoyed my stay with my family. We will book again on our next visit to Davao. A recommendable place to stay.

Amazing Stay at La Casita, Island Garden City of Samal! Our recent stay at La Casita, hosted by Zandra, in Island Garden City of Samal was absolutely fantastic, exceeding all our expectations! From the moment we arrived, the experience was seamless. Traveling to the property was incredibly easy because "Doods" (the caretaker) picked us up in a pickup truck. This thoughtful touch made us feel welcomed and taken care of right from the start. Doods himself is truly a gem! He was incredibly helpful and genuinely nice throughout our entire stay. More than just assisting us with our needs, he actively engaged with our family, playing with us and making us feel like a part of his own family. His warm hospitality significantly enhanced our experience. The home itself offered a delightful, "province-like" feel, which was wonderfully relaxing. We were pleasantly surprise

it's always a 5-star for me when the bedsheet linens and pillows, towels, and curtains are clearly fresh and clean!!! the house makes one easily feel at home immediately. PLUS POINTS for sqeaky clean kitchen utensils and tools! hooray for availability of hot and cold water 24/7!!! aircon units emit fresh air, so great! we felt very safe while seeing the cctv recordings around the perimeter. perfect place for cute hatchback car owners.

it's our 2nd time here in this cozy house,they have there own solar panels Incase there's a sudden brown out. Very accommodating and responsive as well .

If you’re looking for a private pool on Samal island, this is the perfect place! Clean and spacious, it can nicely fit 10 people and matched greatly the Airbnb description. Federico was also very responsive and great host. Nearest restaurant is probably 800 meters away and closes at 8pm so best to bring your own food if you don’t have your own transportation on the island. Overall it was a relaxing stay!

I’m very satisfied with my stay at Phoeb’s place. It’s definitely a home away from home. Phoeb has been very responsive and accommodating. I don’t have anything major of an issue or any challenges that affected my staycation at her place. I have my family with me and 3 kids who had so much fun at the pool. The only downside of our stay there was the tropical rain. Everything else is super convenient and easy. Even the building guards are friendly and helpful, getting us a cab to ride if we go out to buy stuff and the access to the thrift stores and market is just a walking distance just right outside of the main gate of the complex. This place is absolutely at par or even more convenient than staying at a hotel. I’m absolutely recommending this place to my friends and relatives who’ll have plans of going to Davao City for vacation.

If you are looking for an absolutely beautiful cozy and well designed and modern place where every item works and is well appointed w anything you could want in the place then look no further. Shirley has done an amazing renovation and I assure you that you will really be pleasantly surprised when you enter the apartment.

Maganda ang place, harap niya ang samal island. Greate place to stay malapit lang din siya sa entrance/exit, elevator and pool 💖

Responsive host. The living and dining area is quite tight for 6 persons but the entire unit is fine. Bedrooms were spacious enough and comfy. Condiments were available and free to use. Smoking is allowed in the balcony which is convenient for smokers. We encountered issue during checkout but the host was professional and understanding throughout the ordeal. My apologies again to the host for what happened.
