House vacation rentals in Banaybanay

We were stunned at the location. This is comparable to a private resort. we could not believe how impressive the location was for the price. Arno graciously picked us up from the port (airport pickup also available) and offered us the use of his car to drive around which was extremely helpful. The location is surrounded by a beautifully maintained garden with trees, plants and a pool. The compound is also self-sufficient with solar panels and harvested rainwater. the home itself was extremely modern, equipped with Wi-Fi and starlink for internet, beautiful bathroom, fully equipped and spacious kitchen and a bedroom with an amazing view of the garden. In the centre of the garden is a large area for dining and socialising. the buildings are named after the planets and have architecture Which is thematic for the buildings. this is the best Airbnb we have ever been to and it was like being part of the family. Thank you Arno and family. we will definitely visit again.

We had a pleasant holiday in Joan's house. The apartment is very nice, the kitchenette equipped with pots and appliances. The larger bedroom is very spacious, bright and quiet. The view from the balcony is very beautiful, you can see the sea which is not very far away and beautiful tropical vegetation. The swimming pool is not very large but is perfect for spending pleasant and refreshing moments. Joan, our host, is very nice and above all very helpful and attentive to the needs of her guests. We will definitely return to Samal to Joan's house.

Sebastian's place was absolutely breathtaking from the moment we arrived. The beautiful flowers that arched over the entrance, the unique rock walls of the home, and the open doors that led the eyes to the pool and then to the beautiful ocean ahead were all so picturesque that it almost felt like a dream. We loved the cozy spots around the property, the hammocks overlooking the ocean and the large poufs specifically were crowd favorites. The long table was also a central spot for good talks, laughs, and many memories. A special shoutout to Doods, who made our stay even better. He was so helpful, being our driver, helping us with our luggage, and generally being our guide around the place, making sure we were comfortable. One of my favorite memories was rediscovering sungka, a game I hadn’t played in years. It was the perfect way to wind down after a day of sun and sea. Overall, Mansud Shores felt more like returning to a (more luxurious) home. Warm, comfortable, and welcoming.

We held a company retreat here and it was excellent. Beautiful home, and lots of fun extras. Karaoke was a hit, although it was a little glitchy. Pool table was a great touch. Pool was beautiful, but we did need to skim it before using. We lost power, which is a normal occurrence. Though the generator did not end up working for us. Overall do not hesitate, one of the nicest spots on Samal.

We stayed for 2 nights to explore the beautiful Samal Island. The house is big and has lots of beddings perfect for big family gatherings. We enjoyed every bit of it. The host and caretaker is very responsive and cater every request we have. A little far from the market so bring food but there’s a local market like 5mins away and local stores. We love that the place is so private and peaceful. Gated with CCTV. Would love to go back !

Adam was very responsive and accommodating for my family and I during our stay in Tagum. The home is very spacious with everything that we needed and the care taker was kind and friendly. The area is busy like any other city but not as busy as the main areas where the malls are. And with the home being enclosed with a wall and gate you get a sense of privacy. Tagum is a great center point for exploring the east side of Mindanao. You can take days trips to the south and visit Mati, or go up north and see the enchanted river. All under a tank of gas. I would stay at Adam’s place again.

I was so pleased with the stay. it wasa great value at about 1\3 the price we pay at a hotel. we live in tagum so we know we got the best Airbnb in town at this price range. fantastic value. super kind host that let us check out late. highly recommended

Quiet, peaceful, a beautiful house with everything you need to feel like you've never left home. Rena and Kjell are amazing, kind and generous hosts. All the beaches and tourist spots are within 30 minutes away or less... but without all the crowds! Highly recommended for your next family getaway or to just get away alone for some serious meditation time.

The place was spacious and has a private parking lot. Jane’s place is safe and comfortable the problem is only one room has AC and there’s no towels provided. I ended up up going to the mall to buy a towels for my family. The house wasn’t ready for check-in once we arrived. Which was disappointing!

house is very roomy and comfortable had a good stay there ..host has a caretaker on site was very helpful for us . overall I recommend this place if you coming to see family 😄

We were there for a work trip and Maryrose's place had what we need. It's really new and it could fit more people (if you don't mind having just 1 bathroom). The home interior was also well designed. It's bright and welcoming. We loved that there was an airconditioner in the living room too.

it's our 2nd time here in this cozy house,they have there own solar panels Incase there's a sudden brown out. Very accommodating and responsive as well .

The tv is a bit outdated because we can’t watch Netflix on it. However, we loved our stay! The place is lovely and cozy. We highly recommend it if you need somewhere to stay at when you’re in Tagum City.
