Beautiful and cozy place, everything of a lot of quality from the bedding to the furniture of the apartment… it smells like home. Large space and quietly accommodates couples with children. We love the stay. The condo is very quiet and safe, with a wonderful space for outdoor activities. the flat is also very comfortable, ideal for about 6 guests. We recommend and intend to return.

The house matches the listing, very clean, spacious, full kitchen, 2 bedrooms with a double bed and a single bed, and a fan. The first day there was muriçoca, but I managed to solve it. The city is beautiful, welcoming and with good prices. I went from Monday to Thursday, some establishments close during this period, I intend to return on Friday and Saturday.

The house is exceptional. I've stayed in some houses in Águas da Serra and this is the best. Everything is very clean and organized. The house is spacious, (even the photos don't show how spacious the house is), quite airy, the beds are top quality, hot water in the faucets and showers, making the stay very comfortable. Several positive surprises happen during the stay due to the details of the house. The location is quiet and guarantees privacy, which sets the house apart from other options on the platform. I intend to return without a doubt!

Overall everything was very good, the house was clean, the location is excellent, the rooms are very spacious and the condominium is also very pleasant. The only point is that there was no toilet paper in some bathrooms, but nothing that hindered the stay. The gas was also empty, but as soon as I told Germana, she promptly resolved it. So, nothing got in our way, everything was fine.

Great location, organized condominium, large apartment and better than the description. Large balcony with space for 3 hammocks. Very good! I just missed a TV. A desk on the balcony would be great too, but not that it was missed!
