Ana's space is a find, a spacious and airy house, it has everything you need and more. The garage is spacious, a rare thing in the city. Everything was very clean, organized and spotless. The host is always very helpful, polite and kind. The house has broadband Internet access, you can work quietly for those who are in the home office, which was my case. Its central location allows you to walk to the city's main attractions. I recommend it. We felt at home.

I spent a few days with my family and everyone loved it! The house is very cozy, comfortable and is in a very quiet place! Anderson is a perfect host! He gave instructions and tips clearly and was extremely helpful and polite when we had to talk to him! We intend to return to the house other times! Stay more than recommended!

Netyechen is a very friendly and helpful young woman. We were located in the center of the city, as the GPS did not lead us to the accommodation. The chalet is very welcoming, clean, ventilated, overlooking a green area and close to the center, corresponding to the photographs shown in the app. Our stay was great and we would return other times to Netyechen's house.

Our stay was excellent! Luiz was very helpful, responded quickly, and sent us all the details about the condominium, from our arrival to directions to the surroundings! The house is very spacious and was super clean. It's simple, but with everything we need to spend a few days. The host always very helpful and responded to the msgs immediately. The stay was great and we all liked it. It's worth it!

I was with my parents and family friends, we were a total of 11 people and two children, the space was totally suitable for the group, all the rooms were quite spacious, equipped kitchen and a wonderful gourmet area, but I confess that what I liked most was the balcony that allows a full view of the city and the main church, which is beautiful at night. I'm delighted with the city and plan to return!

A very beautiful and cozy house, complete in every way, the common areas are super spacious!! We rented the space for my father's birthday and it was too wonderful, it has everything you need to enjoy the moment with the family, bed and bath linens, complete kitchen, everything thought out in the smallest details!!!! It is a simply welcoming place, with a wealth of details that the space here does not allow to describe, but we feel at home and sure to return to Bananeiras, it will certainly be our lodging again! The days at Claudia's place were great. The house is exactly as advertised and is very worth staying at. We went on New Year's Eve and really enjoyed the condominium, which is the best in the region and has several leisure options. If you're looking for a more comfortable and “refined” property, there are other more expensive options. Finally, I would like to thank Claudia for her attention. From the beginning to the end of the reservation, she was extremely attentive, helpful, quick and friendly.

The house is very spacious and cozy, ideal for those who need to rest and enjoy the nature and the landscape. It is close to the cachaça Rainha mill and the path of the roncador mountain range! It is cottage, but it is not so far from the center. Good access for any type of car. Safe house, with cameras and gates! Homemade always present to give information. There is a restaurant nearby, the food is very good. We plan to return! We very much like to have all the utensils in the kitchen and appliances!
