Vacation rentals with a pool in Ban Chang District

My stay with David was excellent. Alain, the property manager was incredibly friendly and always attentive and willing to help. The property was as described. You can have anything delivered from all over the city. Ordering a Bolt or Uber is easy, fast and affordable. I will definitely stay here again.

David is running a very nice, quiet place which is great for a longer/shorter stay if you're looking for a calm and relaxed environment and still have access to the Pattaya city. warmly recommended for couples and families. The house has an indoor gym equally good to any hotel gym, if not better 👍

It is a great base for your visit with local amenities within easy walking distance or a short taxi drive if you wish to go a little further. the pool area is nice with food available if you wish. It is a brand new apartment, the interior is warm and elegant, the bed is large and comfortable, the same private beach only needs to go through another building, about five minutes, 711 is about 10 minutes on foot, it is a little far away, just like a walk, there is a nice restaurant next door to the 711, the apartment is very good value for money, suitable for those who need quiet, recommended 5🌟

RaNee place was amaizng very clean nice view, and very close walking distance to alot of shops to explore and to eat . Check out the Big C down the street for shopping.

Very well in order apartment. Looks like the pictures. Slightly quieter location a 15 minute drive from pattaya. Nice beach in front of it.
