We stayed for a month and we really liked it, Sue was very helpful and ready to help with everything. When Sue found out we were coming with a small child (1 year old) they bought us a baby mattress and blanket. The apartment had everything you need for a long stay, dishes, appliances, etc. The complex itself is also great, a huge pool, but the part with the ship was closed. What was very pleasant, the apartment also had everything necessary for self-cleaning. The condominium itself has washing and drying machines, and there is a new laundry room nearby. We'd love to stay again when we get back. Thank you for your apartment and great service.

A beautiful villa with all details, far away from a standard villa. We stay four times and come back for sure. A quiet relaxed place, clean and anything what can imagine is there. Only wow from our side

The house met expectations perfectly, close to the golf course (and a slide to other fields within a short drive). In the house with two bedrooms, living room and basic equipped kitchen (simple) , so it's suitable for two couples who are looking for an easy location near the club. The club is about 700 meters away and there is a restaurant. Other restaurants are a short drive away. Taxi rides are readily available, laundry services are functional, and affordable. Owner's close proximity support excellent, she responded quickly if there was anything to figure out, very friendly. THANK YOU ON BEHALF OF ALL!

They arrived in June 2015 with their wife and grandson(3 people), they say in the rainy season. The rains were 3 times in almost 12 days and then at night, it was very hot,although it was cloudy during the day but they managed to burn out (very carefully). Konstantin organized a transfer from the airport. We were met at the airport( thanks to the driver and our guide Dima) were delivered to the place. Konstantin (the host) greeted us hospitably,escorted us to the house ,which everything was missing immediately. The house in which we were accommodated was just wonderful (3 floors, 3 bedrooms, all the amenities(washing machine ) huge hall,kitchen (you can cook yourself or go to "Tuk Tuk" to eat or have dinner in the city ) Although before that we booked the apartment, for us it was of course a gift. It turned out that the apartment was occupied,but even this is for the best. The apartment is also very good but much smaller. Very quiet, thesea is nearby,nice clean pool . If you are traveling with a child, then he will not be bored there,many children of Russians, you can go for a walk on the territory (everything is guarded,someone else will not pass). Tours can be ordered everywhere in the city (we turned to Dima and he took us wherever we wanted, of course for "baht" ). Everything is inexpensive,fruits are on every corner. Very tasty food in the fish market is not far from the cottage, 3 stops on "Tuk Tuk" In general, probably next year there is also a companion..

Sutira was a great host! if you wanted anything from the store she had someone get it for you. you could order food from the neighbor across the street as well! this was such a great experience! you never have to leave if you don't want to!

dominik place is in perfect location, 10mn access via highway to jomtien beach and its restaurants, no traffic like in the center, and 10 golf courses within 20mn. we enjoy cozy open living room, very quiet area and the jacuzzi to relax! appreciate a lot the daily cleaning and the security of the area! will definetelly come back..and also a big thank for being pet friendly!

We love the place as it is very near to some of the famous golf courses. The place is clean and suitable for 4 players staying together. The location is a bit far from town, however it is very quiet to unwind. A prompt reaponse from the host was something that i admire the most.

Really beyond my expectations, the apartment is new in a fancy building whit modern furniture TV/AC are top of the line , has a good and quiet location amazing facilities on the roof gym and large pool (you can swim) whit a nice open view . Host friendly and very helpful !

I've stayed at the place for 8 weeks. Great place, if you are looking for convenience of major city center nearby, but also peaceful and quiet surroundings.

the house was roomy and as shown in photos. bedrooms l, beds, bathrooms, shower, kitchen, pool ... were all great. can improve by having a cleaner floor (a bit dusty) and fix the master bedroom AC. not cool enough for a big room. not too many shops around, need a car unless like 15 min walks in heat but great if want peace and quiet. kitchen had enough to cook n eat for a big group. has rice cooker, toaster, water boiler and a microwave. no spices and sauces though... cook your own seafood and enjoy by the nice pool. host was responsive. used Line to contact with a local host. who sent a maid whonhelped picked up ice and charcoal. ...price was good for Songkran. wifi was fine (no smart TV though, bring hdmi for (laptop). we enjoyed our stay. big place to cook with a pool. thanks!

My friends and I had a lovely stay, especially loved the pool. Kitchen was well equipped and rooms were super comfy. We enjoyed the huge compound and peaceful neighbourhood too. Thanks Carmen once again for being an amazing host!
