Casa Nas

Fantastic place, beautiful pool and gardens. So easy to flow right from living area to pool. Not right on the beach but access very easy through adjoining vacant property of same owners. Staff super attentive. Lovely village of Ballapitiya only 5 mins walk up a quiet lane way, with a multitude of eating options. We loved this village as we seemed to be the only tourists, locals genuine and friendly.

Villa 948 Beach Front with Pool

YvonneRating, 5 stars5 days ago
The space is gorgeous. We felt incredibly comfortable. The house is impressive and offers plenty of space. Directly from the pool you can go to the sea and enjoy the tranquility on the beach. Unfortunately, you can't swim in the sea, as the current is too strong, but that didn't bother us at all, as there is the pool and if you want you can go swimming in the sea about 1 km away. We also saw turtles there! We would come back any time!
An outdoor area features a private pool bordered by palm trees, with colorful bean bags and a lounge space nearby. The ocean is visible in the background, complemented by a vibrant sunset sky. The villa extends upwards, showcasing large windows on the upper level.

Jasper Ocean

This house is idyllic. It’s right by the beach, absolutely beautiful location. It was clean and very comfortable. Bathrooms were clean, good shower pressure. Shani was an amazing host. She responded quickly to any questions (we had a lot) and was extremely pleasant and obliging. Food costs extra but was delicious.
An open-air seating area is featured, with sleek black chairs positioned around a glass table. A serene view of the river and lush greenery is visible through large openings, while sunlight creates playful patterns on the floor.

Minnehaha Bentota

AndrewRating, 5 stars2 months ago
We stayed here for a friend's wedding in Bentota. It was an excellent place to stay and relax following all the events associated with a South Indian wedding. The location was a bit out of the way - our initial Uber there wound up charging us extra because we had to go up a dirt road - but Edward was very accommodating and put us in touch with a few tuk-tuk drivers who took us to and from the different events that were planned. He even drove us to an event himself when we couldn't find a ride. The food was also quite good - every meal had a spread of Sri Lankan dishes cooked from locally sourced ingredients. He shared the proposed menu with us and adjusted it after learning that our party had three vegetarians.

Overall a great stay! Both the owner and our personal assistant (drives you free of charge by tuk tuk from A to B, within a radius of about 3 km) the rooms, the bathroom, the access, directly to the sea, simply fantastic! Right next door is a hotel with a restaurant, where you can also eat delicious food. Absolutely recommend from us! Communication was also perfect!

Coco Garden Villas - Villa 04

JustinRating, 5 stars2 months ago
Am booked in for one week, only a five min walk to the beach. It’s ideally located and has a great open space garden area. You don’t hear any traffic only the sounds of mother nature. The room is spacious and the en suite bathroom has a nice shower. A kettle and basic crockery are provided. There’s ample storage space, plug sockets and space to hang your clothes. It’s very affordable and immaculately clean. The mattress is very comfortable and the ceiling fan keeps you cool throughout the night. There’s a washing machine on the property and the host is very accommodating and kind. The dogs greet you upon returning home. Chathura the host has expert knowledge of the surrounding area and is only too happy to assist you. He’s the consummate host, a well deserved five stars.
