We had an excellent stay at The Phoenix house hosted by Jayson. Jayson is a great host, who welcomed us on arrival and gave us a thorough tour of the property and all the amenities provided. He is flexible and accommodating to his guests. We had over 20 people visit/stay at the house over the course of 2 days, and everyone had a great time. One of the best aspects of the Phoenix House and the amenities Jayson provides is all of the things that are available for his guests to do in and around the property. There were 4 bikes available to use, which was great for the kids and adults to bike around the nice area around the house. There is a basketball hoop outside the house, along with badminton racquets available to use. There is a pool table, a karaoke machine with no quiet hours (the property has plenty of space from others in the area), and a huge pool with lights. We are looking forward to staying there again in the future!

The place is really homey, got surprised about the huge space of the whole house. Complete utensils, kitchen equipments, towels and blankets. The host was very friendly and helpful, will be book here again

Fairway Villa was a perfect escape from the city. The house was very clean and homey well secured; I noticed they have good high-quality materials of furnitures, spacious kitchen equipped with complete kitchen appliances and utensils; Dining area was good enough seats for our family. The living room have cozy seats with big TV screen. The bedrooms are cozy, provided us with towels that we needed. The bathroom was clean, well lit and spacious as well. The pool and jacuzzi brought warmth and was surrounded by trees and garden with a view of golf course. The place was peaceful a perfect place to relax and bond with families.

Host is responsive of all my queries. The caretaker is very friendly and attends to our needs. The villa feels like a home, it’s very spacious and clean. It’s also accessible and easy to find.

Good deal for its price and ideal for large groups looking for a budget-friendly place near SM Clark. The rooms are spacious and have working aircon units. We appreciate the amenity kit with soap, shampoo, and toothbrush, as not all airbnb units give these.

The place is beautiful and very clean. We had relaxing day and it walking distance to the beach. The host is v Proactive.All Our requests have been satisfied. Definitely will stay here in the future.

Super thank you po for the extended accommodation sa other concerns namin like extra pan, gas, water, etc. Although a lot happened like some issues in the restroom and the power interruption, you managed to compensate by letting us stay beyond our original checkout time. We super enjoyed! Great area yung videoke room the best! Salamat po! 😊

The place is so nice and clean. We had a very nice time staying there with my whole family. We enjoyed the big Jengga blocks in the pit place, and we love the idea of staying in the living room. The place really made us bond more as it’s very spacious and everyone is invited to stay at the living room. The only downside though is the place. A bit far from the beach area. The host together with ate Kimmy is very helpful and accommodating. They have pabili services and can help you in your stay.

Amazing Stay at Balay Angkan! Balay Angkan is stunning & peaceful, perfect for big groups like families. We stayed for 3D2N, 18 pax at first then 7 more joined. We paid PHP 1,250 per extra guest. The villa is huge, very clean & aesthetic. For PHP 30k-35k/night (depending on season), you get the whole beautiful villa! The infinity pool, rooms & complete kitchen were amazing. There’s a long table perfect for gatherings. We just shopped & cooked our meals. There’s also a grill. Lots of bonding areas like the poolside long table & terrace upstairs. We also enjoyed videoke! So peaceful & quiet! The admins, especially Sir Don & Ms. Jen, were very responsive, kind & patient. The caretakers were also very helpful. Only downside was we weren’t allowed late checkout until 1 PM, but overall everything was perfect! Highly recommended—just make sure to book early as it’s always fully booked!

The resort itself was nice and spacious, cleanliness could have been better (restrooms) but overall good for a night's stay. I still rated it a 5 since my folks enjoyed our stay, we also did an event that was successful. Thank you
