We had a great family stay, the place is just as it appears in the photos, it is equipped with everything a family needs. They were flexible with check-in and check-out, communication was excellent. Of course we'll be back and recommend the accommodation.

The place was awesome, so peaceful and quiet even though it's right in Soho! Martina and Joel were super helpful and gave us tons of great tips. The apartment looked just like the photos, and that patio is a huge plus. Highly recommend it.

Lilian was a wonderful host! She provided recommendations, was accommodating to our check-in/check-out needs, and even setup a dryer for us to use. The house was a great space for a group of seven. The location was awesome- so close to restaurants, Plaza Serrano, and more!

We had a great time in Buenos Aires. Carola was so kind, helpful, and flexible. Place was perfect for the four of us with private space for everyone. And wonderful communal space to enjoy each other and a mate. Location could not have been better. We’ll be back!

Great place to stay with a large group. It is very conveniently located and easy to get around from. The rooftop is a special treat.

Our stay was excellent! The apartment is exactly as described and shown in the photos. Checkin was super smooth and quick. Bianca was wonderful! She provided clear instructions, was very friendly and super responsive whenever I reached out with questions. She also helped coordinate transportation for me which was incredibly helpful since finding a larger sized vehicle can be difficult in Buenos Aires. The location of the apartment is super walkable to great shops, restaurants and bars. There’s so much to do in the area. We also felt very safe during our stay. The 24 hour security is great! We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this apartment!

the accommodation was wonderful, Rafael was extremely attentive at all stages. From hiring, check-in and check-out, where he was extremely understanding with our departure time. check-in was super smooth, the place is very close to parks, the Recoleta cemetery, there are wonderful cafes, supermarkets, fruit shops, restaurants and transportation. As the city is very expensive, the property's facilities were essential for our food, as it is almost impossible to eat all meals in a restaurant. I 100% recommend Rafael's accommodation.

Graciela's space was our home for over a month. Pros: - EXTREMELY walkable neighborhood. High density of world class food and coffee shops within 5-10 minutes walk from your front door. - Amenities. On the 10th floor (terrace) there's a heated pool with city view, sauna, steam room, social room/grill, sundeck. It almost feels like you're at a 4-5 star hotel. The gym could use more weights/plates/dumbells, though - EXTREMELY attentive host. Graciela genuinely cares about how you're doing and goes out of her way to let you know about events in BsAs Cons: - Smokers in the vicinity / hallway smells can seep into apt - Small kitchen with only 2 electric stovetops - No solid workspace (dining room table chairs aren’t the most comfortable and outlet placement was a bit convenient) - Apartment has no balcony and faces inward (still has a view, but little to no direct sunlight during the day)

Great Palermo location to walk to restaurants, shops, and more. Bus stop right in front for easy access to transportation. Their team was very good to communicate with.

Gabriel isn’t a super host: he’s a super super super host. The apartment is kitted out with anything you could possibly want (from clothes steamer to kitchen gadgets). Everything is new and stylish and beautifully and thoughtfully decorated. The area is fab with cafes to Michelin-starred restaurants in the street; a 24-hour policeman outside (for the museum) so it feels super safe; everything you could possibly want is within walking distance (whether museums or concerts or parks). And the porter is super nice and helpful too. Thoroughly recommend this over any hotel suite for a long stay - there’s a work space and strong WiFi too.

I had an excellent experience. From the beginning, Sebastian was very attentive and always available. The apartment exceeded my expectations - it is a very spacious, immaculately clean, modern decoration. Everything is like new, very well equipped and the kitchen is functional and modern. Natural lighting makes it even more enjoyable and comfortable. In addition, the location is unbeatable: in the heart of Palermo Chico, a safe, quiet neighborhood with everything you need nearby, including public transport. I would definitely stay here again.

The accommodation was wonderful, the environment is air-conditioned, there is air conditioning and a thermometer in the entire environment, the floor heats and heats the entire apartment. It is well furnished, the furniture and utensils are all of quality. They provide clean, fragrant and quality towels and linens. The building has a laundry room and sauna that, when needed, was promptly attended to by the hosts, they were always available and always extremely friendly and attentive, they were clear and precise from the entrance to the exit. I recommend you all to stay.
