Soho Artist Studio, great location!

Jacaranda consists in 3 apartaments in an old house recently renovated, 1 on the ground floor with access to the courtyard, and 2 on the first floor overlooking the garden. This Studio is a compact one room apartment, with double bed, excellent for singles, a bit tiny for a couple but it is ok, private bathroom with shower, room and bathroom overlooking a nice garden. There is air conditioning, cable TV -now new LED TVs-, free Internet Wi Fi, fridge, microwave, electric kettle, toaster, safe box, hair dryer, towel heater, between others services. There is no lift. Sheets and towels are 100% cotton, excellent quality. We leave complimentary water, tea and coffee for your breakfast in the apartment, or we can give you a voucher discount to go to a nice bar nearby: @Ispica.caffe Breakfast with croissants and orange juice for 4 usd or any other breakfast 10% discount. Regular time for check-ins and check-outs: Check in: 13:00 pm Check out: 11:00 am Depending on availability, check in and check out time are flexible. There is a place to keep safe your luggage after check out or before check in. There is no front desk, so it is necesary to organize check in time in advance. Jacaranda location is excellent, this is the main neighborhood for young tourist, surrounded by restaurants, small fancy shops, design stores, etc. Only 3 blocks from Plaza Serrano Cortázar, the well known small square in Soho, and also close to Palermo Hollywood´s bars. It would be quite easy for you to go to other areas of BA by bus, subway or taxi. Taxis are quite cheap here, and it would take no more than 15 minutes to Recoleta or half an hour to La Boca. If you like we can help about your transfer from Ezeiza airport giving you the contact of a reliable and cheap taxi company. Other option is Tienda León Bus. This shuttle service is quite convenient if you are a single traveler. It is cheaper, though takes you much more time

Mucho sol y gran balcón en Palermo

Lugares de interés: Museo Evita, Osaka, Plaza Italia, Green Bamboo, Malba, Jardín Japonés, Bosques de Palermo. Te va a encantar mi lugar debido a: muy luminoso, gran balcón terraza de 30 m2, dos toldos corredizos, una cocina amplia con doble acceso, desayunador y escritorio, un living comedor en forma de "ele" con sofá esquinero para recostarse y ver TV, yacuzzi en el baño. El barrio muy tradicional con bares y restaurantes de buena comida, cercano a varias líneas de colectivos y subte.

El departamento es tal cual lo muestran las fotos, es cálido, luminoso, muy bien ambientado, la cama muy cómoda (aprecio mucho la buena calidad de las sabanas y que se note que están limpias, como también las toallas, en este caso asi fue!) la ducha excelente, tenía café y te para el desayuno, esto es mundial. Estuve muy cómoda y segura, disfrute la estadía en el dpto de Maria Pia. muy recomendable, volvería sin dudas! muchas gracias!!

El loft es excelente, tal cual las fotos. Muy cómodo y completo. La ubicación de muy fácil acceso desde los distintos puntos de capital y provincia. Ideal tanto para los que se alojan por trabajo o esparcimiento. El trato y comunicación de su anfitriona, Diana, fue muy cordial y atenta.

The apt is centrally located. Easy to get to Palermo, San Telmo, Puerto Madeira. The bedrooms are very quiet. The apt has great air conditioning. There’s a washer/dryer (ask for instructions) which was a great addition. The kitchen is large and has all you need. I highly recommend this space.

Parfait, première fois que je note quoi que ce soit sur Airbnb, je n'ai manqué de rien et j'étais triste de partir, j'aurais du réserver plus longtemps. Première fois que je vois une trousse a pharmacie dans un airbnb ça m'a sauvé un aller retour a la pharmacie. Le quartier ce n'est pas le meilleur car tres touristique mais tant que vous faites attention tout se passera bien en remontant la rue vous avez pas mal de bon restaurant lacaux/touristique, mais l'appartement en lui même est vraiment incroyable on a pas envie de sortir tellement on s'y sent bien. J'ai été accueilli par là mère de Matias, c'est une personne formidable, aimable et de bon conseils et parle très bien français ce qui m'a été utile car je parle très mal espagnole. Bref pour des voyageurs solo ou à 2 c'est vraiment le meilleur endroit!

Excelente ubicación, el departamento es tal como en las fotos para una pareja es la mejor opción, el mercado de san telmo está a unos pasos, puerto madero a solo un par de calles, así como las paradas de los camiones que hacen los tours y la terminal del ferry que van para Uruguay. Laura fue super amigable y estuvo atenta durante nuestro hospedaje, super recomendable el lugar 5 estrellas 🌟.
