Our stay at the Towson Twin was amazing! Maura was extremely responsive and accommodated our early check in request (thanks to two toddlers needing naps). We booked the place last minute needing a quick getaway while we had contractors at our house and are already looking for excuses to come back. Our two dogs loved the fenced in backyard and our kids played on the patio for hours. The location is perfect—right off 695–but despite how close it is to the main routes it was extremely quiet inside. Highly recommend!

We're return guests - it's a great location for visiting Hopkins. It's a comfortable house and the kitchen is particularly suited for being able to cook (the right appliances and pans). We love the neighborhood and being able to walk to restaurants and coffee shops as well as campus.

This stay was an overall great experience. Prior to arrival, clear and informative check-in instructions are provided. The space within the condo is used well, being a smaller size. Functional kitchen with upgraded appliances and dishware provided, a shower with rain head (an awesome feature) and a king bed. Upgraded washer/dryer that are easy to use. Well lit with adjustable lighting. There are 3 fans scattered throughout as well to help with airflow on the warmer days. The unit is ground floor, windows have a privacy film applied with curtains for additional privacy. There is minimal light which still comes in at night to bedroom, but was minimal to us and still easy to fall asleep. The location overall felt safe, moderately busy street at peak traffic hours but otherwise quiet. Walking is easy, well lit streets at night. 7-8 minutes to yellow/green line and 10 minutes to blue/silver/orange. Zone 2 parking pass provided, which is a fantastic feature to a DC stay. Great communication.

Amazing stay! Eric was able to accommodate me very last minute with a super late check in, very fast responsive and beautiful property!! Great location with easy parking right next door, and was super clean with very a comfy bed. Much needed for. Quick rest but would absolutely have stayed longer! Definitely recommend — thank you Eric!!

This was perfect for a quick weekend trip! About a 20 minute walk to all the iconic locations of DC with great restaurants/coffee nearby. The host was very responsive leading up to our trip to answer all questions, as well as during check-in. I was a little nervous about finding a place to park on the street, but it was much easier than I anticipated. The Airbnb is well stocked with whatever you might have forgotten at home, and I’ll add that the bed is very comfortable! I would stay here again in the future.

Good neighborhood and place was well kept. Communication was good. A few things could be improved: The team we communicated with did not always have information about our specific location. We also suggest adding a few more items to the kitchen (like a dish drying rack, more utensils, and measuring cups) to facilitate cooking, but overall we made it work. Thank you very much!

Soundia's place was exactly as described and true to the photos. We liked how private and peaceful it was. We ubered to the downtown area every day and it was only a 10-15 minute ride and were able to visit all of the historic sites. We drove to Arlington, which was only 20 minutes from the house. We drove to Mount Vernon, which was a 30 minute drive. We liked how the house was in a quite neighborhood. It had to be one of the cleanest Airbnb homes we have stayed in and had the most comfortable beds. The bathrooms were stocked and there were plenty of k cups for my morning coffee. The keurig powered up very fast. (I haved stayed in many places where the keurig took forever to make a cup of coffee.) My husband and I stayed there with our 2 kids - 15 and 11. The kids liked how they had separate beds but got to sleep in the same room together. Overall, our family was very comfortable in Soundia's place and would stay there again the next time we visit DC.

This is one of the best BnBs I have stayed in! Clean, equipped all you need, and I enjoyed the location as it was close enough to Nats park & the National Mall but the neighborhood feels quiet and calm, especially with the yard being fenced in… it felt safe for our family! We also kept talking about how comfortable the king bed was! The hosts are also very responsive & helpful. 10/10 recommend!

This was a very comfortable apartment for our 4-days stay. From our experience staying nearby, basement apartments can sometimes have unexpected issues. This one has clearly been built right. We had good hot water, great water pressure and very responsive heating & AC. And when we wanted to air things out, we could open windows to let the breeze blow through. The bed was especially comfortable. Kitchen is well supplied. And everything was easy to access. We especially appreciated the TV with a great selection of channels & streaming options. This is a small, galley-style apartment. So be advised that it’s a tight fit. But overall, we have no complaints.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Wash House. Caryn was a great host - easy to get in touch with, and she provided us with detailed recommendations for the area (places to eat, grocery stores and how to get around). We felt right at home as soon as we checked in - which was such an easy process! The beds and pillows were all very comfortable. We found the rooms to get a little warm at night so the fan in the one room came in handy and we enjoyed sleeping with the windows open. The laundry was a welcome amenity since we had quite a bit of rain to kick off our trip - so we were able to throw wet clothes in the dryer. The kitchen was well equipped! There’s a drip coffee maker with everything you need to use it - filters, coffee, etc. We were happy to have some jugs of water in the fridge upon arrival. We had fun playing games that were in the kitchen, too! For breweries: Checker Spot, Wico and Pickett were all within walking distance. We would definitely stay here again!

Exactly as described. Cyn & David were super responsive and their place was immaculate. We used the metro everyday besides one rainy day. 15 min walk to metro or 20 ish min car ride to downtown. The place itself was cute, clean, and ready for you to cook a full meal. Parking was super easy and had plenty of street parking. We didn’t even need to use the spot out back. Great eating spots right around the corner too. All in all great place to crash after a day of exploring. Thank you Cyn & David!

Amanda was very friendly and helpful. She communicated well and was responsive promptly. The place was amazing, perfect for what we needed and was clean with everything we needed. I would definitely recommend staying here. Some minor noise from upstairs however it was during our normal awake hours so it did not bother whatsoever. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

I was staying here for an event at the turf valley resort. it was an all day thing so while I stayed two nights I was rarely there. nice, clean, good area, real close to turf valley if you have something but it's sold out. the sofa bed was super comfy, and they are purring in a mattress soon. I would stay again, in fact maybe for next year's event.

Excellent quiet stay within walking distance Of Merriweather Post Pavilion. So much variety in where to eat and free parking in the garage make this a must stay for a concert. 15 minute drive to historic Ellicott City for a side trip for shopping. The 3 bedroom unit is very large and well appointed with fantastic views onto the green.

This is was our second time here, highly recommended! Richard's apartment is very comfortable and his attention to details what made me book this apartment again. Everything you might need during your stay is available for you. The bedding is the best thing about this apartment very soft and good quality. Bathroom and laundry room are convenient and clean. Even simple things like the coffee beans were good quality.

This was a great location to explore DC with our group of friends. It’s a short drive to the other areas of DC. There is are stores, restaurants, and a fantastic coffee shop/bakery nearby. The space is perfect for a small group. The beds re comfortable and the curtains block the light well. Fantastic shower in the upstairs bathroom. Great communication and details for all needs.

My husband and I loved our stay at Celia’s place! It was in the perfect spot to explore DC but also a quiet and cozy home to return to at the end of our day. Celia was so kind and went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable stay! My husband and I were in DC for early birthday celebrations and Celia & Stuart left the sweetest treats and a card— which absolutely made our day! Check in/out was very easy and flexible, and the space was the perfect size and very clean. Thank you again for hosting us! I can’t recommend Celia’s Capitol Hill stay enough!

This was perfect for us, way cheaper than a hotel, able to cook a few meals here, was clean and safe area, local restaurants were good! It is about two miles from then downtown mall attractions, so we parked in the garage attached to the unit and used uber to get to attractions, way cheaper and easier than driving/parking. Hosts were responsive. Would stay here again.

Israel place was perfect. It was waking distance to many great venues, like the Nationals Stadium, the Bible museum & the White House even. It had great amenities, water, snacks, coffee & even wine. Israel was responsive. The parking we thought might be a problem but it worked out perfectly because he was able to give us a temp permit.
