Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Baltimore

Leisa’s home suited our needs to a T!! We were in town to attend a wedding at the London Town and Gardens, which was just a half mile away. The rehearsal dinner in downtown Annapolis was also a short distance away. Everything was fresh and clean, the beds were comfortable, and the showers were really great. The lack of seating in the main room wasn’t a problem for us as we didn’t spend much time there during the day. The area around the pool looked really comfortable and inviting for guests staying during the summer season! Would stay there again.

Tyler's place was perfect for our stay with our extended family. It's spacious and comfortable, with plenty of room to relax indoors and out. It has a very nice large porch and deck, great for some solitude or for kids to play. The beds were comfy and the linens ample, there are gorgeous large bathrooms and luxurious showers, the kitchen was well-stocked and included an amazing high-end stove, and the living spaces are nicely decorated and furnished with art and tons of books. One bedroom had lots of toys and kids' books, a very nice touch. Tyler was helpful, accommodating, and responsive. The location is very convenient to Arlington National Cemetery and within walking distance to a Metro stop. Everything about this rental was fantastic--we highly recommend it if you need a lovely space for a large group. Thanks, Tyler!

We loved this beautiful house. We were in DC for a trade show and we chose it for its convenience to the Convention Center which is a very short (5 minutes) walk away. There is a Safeway supermarket 1-2 minutes walk away and the closest subway station is at the Convention Center. Everything feels safe and is very walkable: the National Mall, Capitol Building and the museums are all within about a 35 minute walk. Many good restaurants close by. You will hear traffic noise (it’s a city) but the road where the house is situated is quiet and tree lined. We loved eating meals on the roof deck and drinking morning coffee on the little front balcony. Beds were comfortable. Secure parking if you have a car. Would definitely recommend Sal’s place and hope to return.

Had a really great stay for three nights at this lovely home in Edgewater. The house sits on a corner lot with wonderful views of the bay. The neighborhood is safe and cozy. Lots of friendly people out walking and enjoying the surroundings. Felt right at home. The house was clean and very functional. Eddie was great to work with and I would recommend this to anyone wanting a home base for the Annapolis and surrounding areas.

We had an amazing stay during our family trip to Washington, DC. It was my wife and kids’ first visit, and my parents' first time back in nearly 40 years—making it a truly special trip. The house was spotless, beautifully decorated, and exactly as described. We loved the unique library and the rooftop patio with views of the Capitol and Washington Monument. The master suite was stunning and very comfortable. The layout was thoughtful, and the attention to detail made us feel right at home. Parking in the rear was convenient, though best for smaller vehicles—our Pacifica was a bit too long. Overall, a fantastic experience!

We enjoyed our stay at Tony’s house. It was the perfect location for us. It was very comfortable with plenty of room for all 7 of us. We will definitely be back!

Dawn was so friendly and easy to communicate with! The apartment was great, 3 floors with a nice communal area, perfect for a weekend trip with friends! 2 great spacious bathrooms, and great light in the bedrooms. Desk on the 3rd floor was helpful for getting some work done. The deck was amazing for the brief time it was sunny!! Thanks so much Dawn, my group and I were so impressed with this place!

Thad’s place is cozy and welcoming. The space was great for 2 adults and 2 children. I loved the small details like a bottle of wine, water and capri suns for the kids. Parking was easy. Metro, restaurants and super markets are within walking distance. Communication was thorough and clear. Overall, I recommend Thad’s place and would stay there again!

Great stay very close to family and all Capitol Hill has to offer. Two bedrooms are rare in this area. Anne was a wonderful host.

Hudson’s place was perfect for our DC Trip- I would easily recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay. Super convenient to everything, great walkable food places nearby, and Hudson was super responsive with our questions. We hopefully will be back soon and hope to stay with Hudson again!

Just back from a weeks stay at Jill's apartment in Washington . We had a brilliant time , particularly helpful was the additional information on the area , where to eat etc. Chloe's was definitely worth the visit. Everything is easily walking distance from the apartment and just 5 mins to the metro to venture little further afield. The apartment itself was exactly as described and it was helpful to be able to leave our bags on our last day prior to leaving for the airport. Thank you Jill , would highly recommend and if back in Washington would look to stay again.

The space was beautiful! The rooftop was my favorite, being able to read a book in the quiet. They always responded quickly and were so nice! They also saved a parking spot for us in the back which we didn’t end up using because parking was not an issue at all up front.

Thomas was very helpful with all of our questions. Our first evening, I asked if there was coffee available for the next morning and was the water out of the faucet OK to drink and within an hour he left some coffee and a Brita filter outside our door. We appreciated that very much! Two major advantages to this property was (1) an excellent restaurant/coffee shop (Koma) just a half block away and (2) the bus stop at Maplewood and Flower was only a half block away from the Koma restaurant. We did not have a vehicle so we took the Metro bus to the Tacoma Metro (subway) station about 1.5 miles from the airbnb. Overall, we had a very nice stay at this property.

We loved our stay here! The place was super walkable and area surrounded it was so cute. The place itself was really nice and clean, we especially loved the balcony! Will definitely be coming back!

Great location, quiet neighborhood close to everything. Parking is a bit of a pain but that’s to be expected in a big city. Great apartment, couch is really uncomfortable and the hot plate on the coffee pot didn’t work, neither was a big deal but owner may want to know. I’d absolutely stay here again when in D.C.

Amazing apartment! Everything was clean and inviting. Just a minute's walk from the apartment, there is a pharmacy and a supermarket. Highly recommend!

Wonderful roomy apartment in a beautiful neighborhood. The home was clean, the beds were comfortable and the kitchen was nicely remodeled. I highly recommend renting Liz's home.

Mark was great. Extremely responsive. Check-in was a little tricky but Mark sent an extremely detailed instructions guide and video. Location and view were exactly as the pictures showed. Place was very clean. Great condo.

Hill East BNB was a wonderful place to stay for our family trip to Washington DC. We chose this AirBNB instead of a couple of hotel rooms because it gave us more space, flexibility and was close to the Metro which connects to the National Mall and Downtown but also directly to Dulles Airport. It is in a lovely leafy (and cherry blossom) area, very peaceful and close to Safeway (loyalty card also provided in box by TV) and a few good places to eat (The Roost at Potomac Ave was our favourite). The apartment was very well presented with good beds, great bathrooms, fantastic kitchen (I want an American pod coffee machine!) We were very very comfortable and enjoyed returning there to relax after a hard days sightseeing. We had a memorable holiday, enjoyed DC with its many great attractions and would not hesitate to return to George’s place or recommend to friends and family. Thank you George!

Very happy with our stay here! Our hosts were very responsive when we needed assistance. The place was clean and cute! Just definitely read the description, my 6’4” BF had to duck through the doorways, not a big deal, our mistake for not reading thoroughly. The only downside was the area was a bit rough. SUPER convenient to the metro and good restaurants around though!

Israel place was perfect. It was waking distance to many great venues, like the Nationals Stadium, the Bible museum & the White House even. It had great amenities, water, snacks, coffee & even wine. Israel was responsive. The parking we thought might be a problem but it worked out perfectly because he was able to give us a temp permit.
