Newer, modern cottage with all amenities such as a full kitchen, bathroom, laundry room with an extra toilet. There is a sauna with an exit to the terrace, where there is also a covered jacuzzi. A few steps below the cabin, there is a floating jetty with swimming possibilities in both summer and winter. A boat with a motor is freely available. If you have an electric car, the electric car charger is free to use. In winter, the water freezes over and there are opportunities for ice fishing and skiing. The number of guests is limited to 8, but there can be more upon request.

The cabin is located in Signaldalen about 110 kilometers from Tromsø city. Located by the Signaldalen river, which is surrounded by high mountains and mighty nature. There is a short distance to the high mountains for skiing/peak tours/hiking/hunting and northern lights experiences. There is also a snowmobile trail in winter. The cabin has electricity, running water and a sauna. Bed linen and towels are included. There is a well-equipped kitchen with stove, microwave, toaster and kettle. The nearest store (Hatteng) as well as a barbecue bar is 6 km from the cabin.

Villa Balsfjord Fjord & Mountain view

Newly renovated home in 2025/2026. The whole house has been renovated. In the house there are 3 bedrooms with large and good beds. The house is warm and cozy, and has absolutely amazing views of the fjord and the surrounding mountains. The nearest mountain you have a view of is the well-known Russetiden, which is a favorite object for photography. From the house there is also a short distance to the fjord where you can walk in the shore, light a fire, take pictures of the Northern Lights to mention a few. The house is heated by a heat pump.

Perfect location to experience the northern lights right from the porch! The northern lights can also be experienced from your own lean-to with a fire place. Private electric car charger can be used for a fee. Easily accessible by car about an hour from Tromsø, room for 2-3 cars in the driveway. 3 km to Malangen Resort, 1 km to grocery store.
