I never want to stay in a different air bnb in Birmingham. Luke’s communication was excellent and the space was delightful and very well stocked. A really lovely welcome and very clear instructions, I cannot recommend it highly enough. I’ll be booking for next year as soon as I can! Thank you Luke and family!!

The place was exactly like the pictures; clean, well-kept, and right in the center of the city, making it easy to get to lots of places. The host was really nice, helpful, and friendly, and even offered to let us check in an hour early before our travel plans changed. I really enjoyed my stay and will definitely book again.

Perfect spot for a one day trip to birmingham. Not in the vicinity to be affected by the busy city, but still close enough to go there for the night.

A hidden gem, a Victorian oasis of calm among all the busy roads and high rise buildings. Quiet and private. Beautiful building. Excellent public transport links. Easy walking to local shops, restaurants, takeaways and entertainment. Very clean and cosy. Loved it!

Good stay in a lovely house

Well equipped home, really appreciated welcome pack of croissants, milk and juice. All toiletries, kitchen and cleaning products provided together with few breakfast options. When you’re only staying somewhere a couple of days it’s a bonus not to have to go grocery shopping! Lovely park nearby for walking the dog and perfectly located for visiting our child at university locally. Mya was a great host, replying quickly to messages.

Perfect for our needs, a one night stop returning from holiday with an early hours arrival. Close to the airport with a short taxi ride, easy to find and access, extremely comfy beds and linen, quiet residential area.

Beautifully appointed and spacious apartment on two levels. Spotlessly clean with all the amenities you could need. Very comfortable for our party of four, high quality modern decor but retaining the charm of the original building. Adam was very helpful and responsive to questions. Highly recommended!

Kit made us feel so very welcome in this home from home. It suited our family perfectly and lots of thoughtful touches (like milk in the fridge!) made us feel very settled from the moment we arrived. Everything was clean and well organised and Kit was really helpful, asking if we needed a travel cot before our arrival and posting on forgotten baby items! Great location, a couple of minutes walk from Cotteridge high street and easy to get to trendy Stirchley and beautiful Bournville (for Cadbury’s World). Super easy to access Birmingham city centre by bus or train too. Would highly recommend the house and the area. Thanks Kit!

Another great stay at Beech house. Such a great house in a perfect location. We enjoyed a walk from the house ending in a lovely pub lunch at the white lion. Very responsive friendly host

The Queen's arm is a fantastic place to stay at If you're looking for a place that can host a group of friends and individuals and you're looking to use it as a staging ground for activities in and around the area. A 10-15 minute walk away from the center of Birmingham and the Bull ring, it had every amenity needed nearby as well. There are local businesses operating nearby, so that's something to bear in mind and expected in such a city centric location.

Paul was a lovely a host and very responsive. When there were some issues with the hot water and laundry machine he came and fixed them immediately or gave me a quick turn around time. Great location - in city centre

Newly arrived in Birmingham, this place made it feel like home. Everything you can need in a home was available. Jennifer was so nice and always quick to respond. One of the best experiences I’ve had ever. Everything is modern just like the photos. Kitchen is fully equipped which makes it easier for a longer stay. Place overall was awesome and can’t recommend her enough. Thank you.

Great host and location for Birmingham City University where I have been studying for the last 2 years. Would not hesitate to stay there again. Brilliant as has own driveway too and Morrisons at the end of the road.

Nice, modern 1 bed flat only 10 mins or so walk from New Street Station. Flat was comfortable and well appointed, plenty of bars, restaurants, shops etc. a couple of mins away. Khalli was responsive and pleasant and gave us easy to follow instructions for check in. Would happily stay here again if I needed something in Birmingham.

Very central and comfortable apartment. Great to have two bathrooms when sharing with friends. Great communication from host. Definitely recommend and would stay again.
