House vacation rentals in Balsall Heath

The lovely home was ideal place to gather for a family wedding. There were 13 of us, including 4 babes and it worked very well. Masses of space inside the house and to be able to sit outside Thoroughly recommend it as a dreamy place to stage, perfect for all generations.

We had a friend get together for the Easter weekend and we had the most amazing time. The house exceeded our expectations. The social areas were great and very spacious. There was loads to do at the house - swim, sauna, games room, books, relax etc. There were good walking routes listed with clear directions and the pub recommendations were spot on. Red kite were wonderful with communication and replied to messages almost instantly.

Decent little find this, four bed house tucked away in a quiet housing area. Easy to check in at the leisure centre for the keys, didn't use the facility but they do a decent well priced brekki. House is clean, beds are comfy and the shower runs hot. Jobs a good one for a couple of nights, would recommend.

Had a wonderful long weekend at Bretforton Manor. Lucy was the perfect host and made us feel very welcome. Everything in the Coach House was spotless and well equipped and we loved having the use of the swimming pool and gardens which were beautiful. Our visit coincided with Bretforton open gardens weekend which was hosted in the Manor garden so we also got to see other gardens in the village as well as entertainment and delicious refreshments on our doorstep. The Fleece Inn pub is a 5 minute walk and we recommend the food there too. Perfect location for exploring the area with Hidcote Gardens and Kiftsgate a short drive away. We had a great time at the house. We particularly enjoyed the large and enclosed garden with hot tub and large paddling pool, all of which were fantastic for the children. Thank you for a brilliant stay and for being so responsive.

We had a lovely 2 night family break at Peacock Barn over October half term. It's a beautiful property with fantastic amenities and perfectly located for exploring the many sites and activities the area has to offer. The swimming pool and games room provided the children with a space to play and have fun which was a key factor for choosing this property. The garden was great for our dog providing plenty of space to run around and secure, providing peace of mind. It would be the perfect spot to enjoy during the summer months. We will definitely be returning. Thanks for having us!

Fantastic accommodation. Very comfortable, spotless with excellent communication from the host. Very close to the NEC with parking right outside, a garden with seating and umbrella and large TV - perfect. Highly recommended AAA+++

Sam’s bungalow was fantastic. The rooms were as seen in the photos. Each bedroom was a very spacious twin double room and each was squeaky clean. The living spaces were ideal to relax and the dinning room had space for 6. Although we didn’t use it during our stay the garden space is extensive and would be great to sit outside and relax. If you’re looking for a place in the area I would highly recommend.

Highly recommend staying here! It was a lovely little space which matched the listing perfectly and had everything we needed. It was easy to find, and was really clean & tidy when we arrived. Qas was an incredible host, always responsive and super friendly, and the check-in/out instructions were sent promptly and were really detailed. The bonus of having a parking space so we did not have to park on the street was so useful. We had a brilliant weekend & would definitely stay here again

Beautifully appointed and spacious apartment on two levels. Spotlessly clean with all the amenities you could need. Very comfortable for our party of four, high quality modern decor but retaining the charm of the original building. Adam was very helpful and responsive to questions. Highly recommended!

The Queen's arm is a fantastic place to stay at If you're looking for a place that can host a group of friends and individuals and you're looking to use it as a staging ground for activities in and around the area. A 10-15 minute walk away from the center of Birmingham and the Bull ring, it had every amenity needed nearby as well. There are local businesses operating nearby, so that's something to bear in mind and expected in such a city centric location.

This property has proved to be the best Airbnb we have stayed in to day. it appeared to have had a recent new kitchen /back extension and new interior carpets fitted which all added to the comfort. The downstairs bedroom was an added bonus also for my mum who is less mobile. Little touches like a bottle of wine and the dining table set was lovely gesture. Thanks Carol 👍

Was a fantastic stay at this Airbnb. Property was nice and clean and felt fresh. Parking wasn’t difficult. Some extra blankets, pillows, toilet roll, kitchen roll, etc would’ve been nice however, especially since there was 11 of us. Overall, would definitely come back!!

This AirBnB is nothing short of perfection. The place is luxurious and clean. The hosts have impeccable attention to the details. Plenty of space, natural light and fresh air. The Alpacas and lambs are beautiful to see through the big glass doors every morning as the sun rises over the rolling hills. We left relaxed and rejuvenated. Henley Village around the corner also has great cafes and restaurants. Highly recommended.

The house is very nice and we had a fantastic time with a small group of friends feeling very Cousy and comfortable! The hosts are also super friendly and very forthcoming with all information and responsive. Highly recommended 👍
