My third visit to Adriana's place. It is clean, comfortable and well equipped. Balsall Common has all the facilities needed for an easy stay including some great places to eat and easy access by train or road to Birmingham and Coventry. I'll be back.

The house was exactly as described and the furnishings were absolutely gorgeous. This home is clearly a perfect example of what Airbnb’s should be like. Andrew was an awesome host and allowed us to check in a couple of hours early which was much appreciated. His recommendation for fish and chips from a local shop was spot on and filled one evenings dinner. The home is lovely and warm with a beautiful ambiance, the addition of the TV’s in the bedrooms meant the kids could watch some light hearted TV before bed. I would highly recommend this host and this home to anyone stay in this area.

Well appointed, very clean and comfortable. Very welcoming with great communication. Spotlessly clean kitchen and shower room. Plenty of crockery, cutlery, glasses and kitchen utensils - all spotlessly clean. I have a bag of household essentials for self-catering stays - kitchen roll, loo rolls, tin foil, washing up liquid, towels…didn’t need any of it! Was so welcoming to see it provided. Dog friendly - such a bonus! Lovely outside space. Perfectly suited to our needs. Thank you Ilsa for a fabulous stay.

We booked the Farmhouse for a weekend getaway with friends and their kids. We had a lovely time. Three kids had lots of space to run around in the garden. We all enjoyed the space inside and outside. Maggie was very responsive and instructions were clear. Maggie was very flexible with the check in which helped us a lot. The property itself is very charming and the photos posted in airbnb don't do justice. Overall we had a lovely time and would recommend this to other guests who are looking for a peaceful getaway far from the crowd.

First of all, Ibon is the best host I’ve ever had on Airbnb. He is genuinely caring and always attentive to the needs of his guests. Secondly, the house is beautifully located—it's surrounded by nature, and it feels like it's in the middle of a park. From the bedroom, you can enjoy calming views of greenery and blooming trees. There’s also a large, beautiful garden that adds to the charm of the place. It’s perfect for relaxing and unwinding. I highly recommend staying here!

Honestly can not fault this place. We stayed here for a month with my family and we felt right at home. Mo is a great host and the house genuinely felt like home and had everything we could ask for (i kid you not, he had the house stocked up with everything you’d ever want and think of using from pots/pans/kitchen spices to hair shampoo and conditioner!) Because we stayed for a month we had alot of laundry and unfortunately the dryer at the house wasnt drying well. When this was mentioned to Mo, he went and bought a portable one and had it delivered right away for us. If you’re considering staying here and reading this review please do not hesitate and book right away!

The lovely home was ideal place to gather for a family wedding. There were 13 of us, including 4 babes and it worked very well. Masses of space inside the house and to be able to sit outside Thoroughly recommend it as a dreamy place to stage, perfect for all generations.

We had a friend get together for the Easter weekend and we had the most amazing time. The house exceeded our expectations. The social areas were great and very spacious. There was loads to do at the house - swim, sauna, games room, books, relax etc. There were good walking routes listed with clear directions and the pub recommendations were spot on. Red kite were wonderful with communication and replied to messages almost instantly.

Absolutely fabulous holiday, stunning location, beautiful surroundings and so peaceful/private. The accommodation was amazing, it’s like a tardis inside! We had everything we needed, Sarah had thought of everything. We tried all the activities on site, kayaking, hot tub, bbq, fire pit and walks round the lake, the gorgeous weather helped. The dogs enjoyed all the space to explore and relax on the decking. Sarah is a fantastic host, thank you such such an amazing experience!

We had a wonderful weekend here. Beautiful cottage in a gorgeous, tranquil setting with superb hosts, very welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. They had thought of everything from a welcome bottle of wine and sweet treats to robes, sliders and even treats for the dog! Comfortable beds, well-equipped kitchen, lovely pool and hot tub. We will definitely return. If you’re looking for rest and relaxation in quiet and peaceful surroundings this is the place for you.

Our third stay at the Shippon and our two autistic boys treat it like a home from home. So relaxing I didn’t want to leave. Our youngest loves water and animals so swimming, hot tub, fussing the lovely dogs, feeding Monty the horse carrots, all while being followed around by the chickens. He was in heaven! A great base for visiting family and lots to do nearby if we want to. This time we went to hoo farm, but we were generally all happy to stay at the Shippon. The Shippon is spotless and to cosy and comfortable. Our dogs love sitting on the patio watching the world go by and Newport dog park is literally a 5-10 minute walk and they love it. Thanks so much Sara and Phil, you are always so helpful and friendly. Can’t wait to come back!

Me and my partner went with the dog, we had one of the best times in this spot, really relaxing to be at the pod and then travelling around the villages was lots of fun. Was always nice to come back to the lovely pod! The kitchen had everything you needed as well

Josh was really responsive and helped us at very short notice when we needed to move out of our previous air bnb. The apartment itself is lovely, with a well stocked kitchen, 2 great bathrooms and on-site parking. It’s also well situated only a short drive away from an array of shops and restaurants. We would happily stay again if we were in the area. It felt like home from home.

The lodge and gardens were amazing, everything that you needed was there, even Netflix, Prime and other channels were included. Plus a cake, biscuits and milk on our arrival, (I forgot to thank you for that). I was blown away with the old house next door. The tour and the history of the house that Chris gave us, were informative and pretty special. I would recommend the lodge to all, great for dogs too, although I didn't have mine with me this time. Gordon was a very friendly and amenable host who went the extra mile to make our stay outstanding. We will definitely return when our work takes us back to the NEC. This is a highly recommended location.

Clear instructions about how to get to the property. Just needed a place to stay the night before an event at the NEC the next day and this place did the job. The host was responsive when required so all good.

Perfect stop over location on route to our holiday to North Wales. Perfect location for visiting Drayton Manor Resort. Apartment was very spacious and comfortable. Jon is a great host, clear directions including a video on how to find the apartment.

Location is convenient and within walking distance to Bullring shopping centre, bars and restaurants. Apartment is modern style with a simplicity that speaks elegance. Cosy and immaculately with all the necessities for a comfortable stay.
