There are 4 en-suites with air conditioning, 2 kitchens, a gourmet area with barbecue, 2 TV rooms and large balconies overlooking the sea. 3 parking spaces, accommodates 16 guests and is pet friendly. House with all utensils and bed linens for your convenience.

The house, inaugurated in 2016, accommodates up to 20 people, and is literally on the edge of the sea. You wake up and you're on the beach, no bureaucracy. There are five suites (one adapted for wheelchair users), two toilets, two large balconies and a barbecue grill. The sea breeze keeps the temperature always pleasant, but if necessary all suites have air conditioning, ceiling fan and mosquito net. The pantry and living room are also equipped with ceiling fans, all for greater comfort.

Simple and cozy, located at Praia de Coroados, next to Barra do Saí. The house is at the end of the lot, leaving a vast lawn in front of it. It has space for 3 cars and a frame pool (7 thousand liters). The porch in front of the house has a barbecue and sink. The rooms have a ceiling fan and curtains. In the living room a retractable sofa, which accommodates one more person. Fully equipped kitchen with 4 burner stove with oven and refrigerator.
