The house is conveniently located, both Alejandra and her son were super attentive and responsive in communication. The house is just like in the photos, something important to enjoy with our pets.

Meeting our expectations. We were happy to be the first to use the stove, spectacular! We went with our dog and he loved it; if you bring small dogs, keep in mind that they can escape through some places in the gates. We thank Valentina and Daniel for the service.

Apartment in very good condition, similar to the photos and with a large terrace with a direct ocean view. Easy access, located in a condominium that has everything for guests: swimming pool, laundry, gym, concierge, etc. Very good location, beachfront and with sunshade and beach chair service. The host is very friendly and serious.

The apartment is excellent, the communication with David is very good and the structure of the building is spectacular. The beach is practically in front and the view from the balcony is equally spectacular. For those who are willing and like to walk, the market is about 1km + or -... Restaurants are also not so close to the accommodation... but by car it's 5 minutes and really very easy to get to... The only negative aspect is that if another guest takes a shower at the same time in the other en-suite the water gets so weak that you have to wait for the shower to finish... But this becomes irrelevant in view of everything else that the accommodation provides... I will definitely be back.

Juan was super warm with us, he responded to us very quickly and answered all our questions/inquiries. He also gave us local recommendations on nearby supermarkets, gas stations and restaurants. The house is divine, with a large patio, and comfortable for going with dogs. It's all fenced in so they can't escape. Every year we stay in apartments in Punta del Este but I really loved this experience, it was much quieter, and the Balneario de Buenos Aires beach was ideal: there were no people and you can go down with pets.

The house is in very good condition and is as it is published in the photos, complete equipment and everything working ok. Gabriela is a genius, very helpful and always attentive to everything. Highly recommended

Everything was perfect, the hygiene, the amenities and the communication. New air conditioning, clean sheets, equipped and conditioned kitchen, and attentive to small details that make a difference, such as offering shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, coffee, cold water and towels. I've been to a number of AirBNBs around Uruguay in the last couple years. This is the first one where we opted for a second booking. Natacha is wonderful. It is a beautiful home and we love it. The electric kettle lid is difficult to pop open, but beyond that, its hard to come up with any down sides to this property. It felt a little less private than the first time, as I think the neighbors have cleared some foilage on their property. But, all in all, this gem was just as wonderful the second time as the first! Beautiful house one block from the beach in a very quiet and safe area. Very modern, impeccable in terms of cleanliness and very well equipped, especially the kitchen, it really has everything you need to cook. We stayed five people and we were very comfortable as it has two bathrooms and one is in the main room. As for Felipe the host, he was very kind, always attentive and available for what we needed. Hopefully we will be back soon, highly recommended!
