Vacation rentals with a pool in Balmoral Beach

Stayed 3 days and 2 nights. This is where myself and my bridal team prepared for my wedding day. Such a beautiful place and stunning views which made for some amazing pictures, despite the rain. Very happy with our experience.

Our family came for a wedding, and Belinda's place was great for the eight of us. The home was lovely and comfortable, and the kitchen had everything we needed. Elegant, tasteful and made us feel right at home. The pool was great. We all enjoyed our stay.

Tina was an excellent host. She went over and beyond making sure we had a great stay, including putting in a brand new BBQ for us which was greatly appreciated. Communication was great prior to our arrival and during our stay. Nothing was too much trouble for her. The apartment was very clean and as described. It was great that liquid soap, shampoo and conditioner was provided, as were kitchen basics, tea, coffee etc. The apartment is in a great location, a 5 minute walk from the Bondi shopping mall where you can buy everything you need, and a 20 minute walk from Bondi Beach. The heated pool, although small, is a rare find and great for cooler times of the year, and the lovely covered outdoor dining area is perfect for BBQs. The area is noisy with a busy multi lane main road directly behind the apartment and a school in front of it. The other thing to note is that the apartment is approached by about 10 steep external steps so might not be easy for people with mobility issues.

My family and I stayed at this coastal retreat in Bronte Beach, and it was an unforgettable experience. The location is stunning, with views of the ocean and easy access to the beach. The property is beautifully maintained, offering impeccable style, large bedrooms, many bath/bathing options, multiple spacious gathering areas, and a great kitchen. The host was incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring that every detail was taken care of. The amenities provided were top-notch, from the cozy beds to the well-equipped kitchen. The coastal walks, Bronte Baths/Beach and Bondi Beach are on the must see list. There are plenty of restaurants nearby. Overall, this Airbnb and the location exceeded my expectations. The pictures in the listing are accurate but cannot thoroughly convey the loveliness of this place.

My girlfriend and I stayed here for a couple of weeks and did not want to leave. The space is beautifully open with 5 levels and great light throughout. Didn’t get a chance to use the pool given winter, but the bbq got plenty of use as did the kitchen and dining room which is large! The heating system kept us more than warm during some of the coldest days of winter and the parking was very convenient. Would book again in a heartbeat.

This was a magnificent place for a long weekend with a group of friends. The views are spectacular, and the place very private. The house was spotless and very clean. I wanted to bring in some flowers and balloons prior to arrival and the host was incredibly accommodating with regards to allowing those services in at the check in time. Would definitely stay again!

We had a terrific stay at Bruce's place. The place is exactly like the photos, so our expectations were 100% matched with the location. It is a lovely and quiet location, surrounded by bushland and nice, quiet streets. I will stay there again when visiting Sydney next time. A really good find and well worth the price.

Loved staying in this gorgeous apartment. I came for a little writing-retreat and it was the perfect place to get work done whilst also feeling relaxed and comfortable. There are lovely green spaces nearby to go for walks/runs, and Potts Point is just a wonderful place to explore. There was an issue with the buildings hot water while I was there, but Janai did everything possible to keep me updated and give me alternative options too. Overall, a great experience!

Duncan’s apartment is situated right by the big Coca Cola sign in Sydney‘s Kings Cross. We found it a perfect location in that all amenities were only a few metres away, and there were a multitude of restaurants and cafes right on Victoria Street to choose from. The apartment itself is exactly as the photos show. It used to be a hotel and rooms have been renovated into apartments, so its design is long and thin. Lovely furniture, and well appointed. Duncan checked in a couple of times to see if we needed anything, and we appreciated his responsiveness and proactivity. Would definitely recommend this host and their apartment for a great location when visiting the harbour city! Thanks Duncan.

Brendan and Max's apartment worked well for us for a short stay in Sydney on our first visit to Australia. The apartment had everything that we needed and was comfortable as a base for exploring the city. It was about halfway between the airport and city center, but only a ten-minute walk to a train station that gave us an entrance to the extensive Sydney transportation network. We were able to get anywhere we wanted easily. We didn't do any cooking while we were there, but there was plenty of equipment and supplies if we wanted to do some. We had a good stay.

Great location. Very clean and tidy with very suitable furishing. Walk into central Manly is about 5 mins. Communication was very good. Only aspect was I was unable to close curtains in bedroom due to getting caught in the tracks. Owner offered to come and fix during my stay. Overall highly recommended and i would stay there again.

I cannot say enough great things about our stay at Sharon’s one bedroom in the city! First, Sharon was a gem of a host! She was very responsive and sent detailed instructions with pictures for check in, knowing it could be confusing to find. She was also flexible to allow us to drop off bags early, which was a huge help! The apartment was just as described, a comfy space to come back to after big days of exploring! It was very clean and had all we needed for our stay.

This Airbnb is a perfect location for seeing Sydney. You can connect to any part of the city from the bus stop adjacent to the rental. The rental itself was great - everything was clean and the rental was well equipped with everything needed for a week's stay.

My wife and I stayed a week, and really enjoyed the stay. The house works well for a couple. We especially enjoyed the open living room, kitchen and dining room. The deck was wonderful too. The area was quiet at night as well. The view is fabulous and is the house's best feature. Even on a rainy day it's still lovely to stay inside, drink some coffee and read (as well as take in that view). We enjoyed walks around the Potts Point neighborhood, and it's a nice walk to the Wooloomooloo Wharf, RBG, the Art Gallery, and the Opera House/Circular Quay. There are a couple of fans, but during the mid-summer months heat might be an issue. During our stay the temperatures were moderate, and just opening the windows to catch the breeze made the house comfortable. The host was first-rate: attentive, friendly, and responsive. Thanks.

This is an amazing place!!! Wonderful location. We stayed in Miller’s Point for 2 nights at the beginning of our time in Australia but every member of our family preferred this location (family of 5 with adult children, 21, 20, 18). I really loved the ferry stop next to the Australian National Maritime Museum which is directly across the street from the condo building. Very safe surroundings. Beautiful walk across the bridge to restaurants and gelato. The views from the living area and kitchen are spectacular. Great beds, great shower, great air conditioning, great washer/dryer, great everything. Yes, it is as clean and picturesque as the photos on this site.

Great place, great location, and great host. Great for a family. They were very responsive and great hosts. Walkable to beach and train. Highly recommend.

Evelyns space was nice and quiet with spectacular views of Pittwater Bay. My family had an absolutely lovely stay. Evelyn is very helpful and quick to respond to anything guests may need. Apartment is in great location, walking distance to town and beaches.

Eva is the perfect host. The Pool Annexe was so comfy and easy. Unfortunately we didn't use the pool due to the rain. Eva was most accommodating with our 2 small dogs. The garden area for them was so appreciated. Check in was a breeze, parking was easy. Close to shops and the train was so convenient. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend Eva anytime.
