The property is a 1 hour 45-minute drive from Shannon Airport and Dublin Airport, 15 minutes from Slievenamon mountain hike and 30 minutes away from the Rock of Cashel.

Restored 2 storey grain barn, with all the original beams and stonework. 10 minutes from Callan. Kilkenny city is 25 minutes away and Cashel is 35 minutes. Clonmel 25 minutes. Down a short laneway. Lots of trees and pleasant countryside. We have cows and sheep here. Complimentary free range eggs and fresh spring water from our well. Friendly dogs, who love people! The bedroom area upstairs is divided into two bedrooms. You will be assured of a friendly warm welcome. Plenty of birdsong!

From artist studio to guest house, this little building is an ongoing project, with so much to offer. Sitting on higher grounds just behind the main house, it has its own garden with a view to take your breath away. It’s a bit of a rise to get there but totally worth it. Less than 20 minutes from Kilkenny city and very close to Ballykeefe amphitheatre. 5 minutes drive to callan.

Beautiful newly built apartment located on working farm. Warm, bright and spacious with two triple en suite bathrooms. Fully equipped kitchen with cooker,sink,fridge freezer and washing machine etc along with sitting room area. Lots of animals to see all around the farm. Pull out sofa bed in the sitting area if required. Your own parking space for 2 cars right at the door. Located in great location for exploring kilkenny and the surrounding counties.
