This is a peaceful and comfortable oasis centrally located to everything... - Private driveway entrance - High ceiling open living space with a wall of bi-fold glass doors opens onto an outdoor garden lounge area with a sectional sofa, firepit, and fountain. The sofa converts to a sleeper and there is a large flat screen 3Dtv with surround sound. - Kitchen has a breakfast island, stove, oven, full size refrigerator, and access to all appliances you might need. Stainless appliances and ceasarstone countertops. - The bedroom is located behind iced glass pocket doors. It has a platform queen bed, floor to ceiling closets, a fireplace heater, a flat screen tv, and opens onto the backyard and hot tub. - Outdoor spaces are shared with the front house. - Bathroom with a large shower and rain shower head. - Wireless internet and netflix. - In the heart of Culver City, next to Sony Studios, 5 minute bikeride to downtown Culver City, 2 minute drive to 405, 5 minutes to 10 Freeway, and 4 miles to Venice Beach. 1 block to a great park with tennis and basketball courts, baseball field, and pool. - This location is convenient for day trips to Hollywood, Universal Studios, the world famous Getty Center and Villa; Pan Pacific Park, specific local hiking trails, Santa Monica Pier, Venice Beach, Downtown Culver City nightlife and restaurants - Street parking is not a problem. The studio offers complete privacy and isolation while being in a ten-mile radius of the top locations in Los Angeles; including many beaches (3 miles), UCLA, (3 miles), Universal Studios(8 miles); and much more! Perfect affordable stay for tourists. Many amenities included to maximize comfort! We have recently upgraded landscaping and made like a resort kind of experience for our guests. Pics posted.

This cozy studio is perfect for someone on an adventure or visiting for business. Culver City is centrally located near all that L.A. has to offer. The studio has air conditioning and heat, a private bathroom, queen size murphy bed and drawers. And, to make your stay more comfortable, enjoy the Kuerig coffee maker, microwave and mini fridge. There is free street parking close to the house. There are stairs to enter the studio (no elevator). I do have a dog who is playful.

Private and quiet, newly refurbished guest house in our back yard with the latest amenities. High end kitchen appliances, new bed and bathroom and a large yard. This is a secluded oasis at the heart of bustling Los Angeles. Museums, businesses, universities and the beach are all in a short driving distance. Walk to Trader Joe's & local resturants. No pets, guide dogs or emotional support animals, please. I am super allergic to fur and cannot have furry animals around.
