In a small independent house, on our 2 ha property, you can enjoy our beautiful garden as well as the view of the countryside while being in your little cocoon. We fell in love with Perche and renovated this little piece of heaven: La Grande Maison for us and La Petite Maison for our guests... so that you too can experience the Perche Effect!

We are located 20 minutes from the 24h circuit and the entrance to Le Mans. In 15 minutes you reach the European Horse Pole. 30 minutes away you are in the Alpes Mancelles and Perche. Your closest neighbors will be our animals: chickens, sheep and Galipette our donkey. Shops 10 minutes by car.
