It has a beautiful spacious garden for barbecuing and relaxing after a day of exploring the surroundings.

The vacation home in Harztor/Ilfeld is idyllically located on the edge of the forest on a 2000 sqm garden plot opposite the main house. Car parking space on the property, charging facilities for electric vehicles and bicycle garage are available. Ideal starting point for Harz explorers; as a hiker, skier, biker, driver or leisurely with the Harz Narrow Gauge Railways. Distance to train station, supermarket, restaurant about 500 m. Free Wi-Fi. The apartment is on the second floor of our townhouse from 1908. We acquired it in 2020 and have completely renovated it with love ever since. You can expect plenty of space through spacious living areas, modern furnishings, plenty of peace and relaxation. We hope you love it and can recharge your batteries during your stay. Furthermore, the city of Quedlinburg offers a lot of history, art and culture. The Harz Mountains are right outside the door and invite you to explore.

Hauptvermietung März - Nov. im Winter macht es unser kleiner Ofen schön warm, eine Heizung gibt es natürlich auch. Unter der Dachschräge befindet sich eine Küchenecke, die für einfache Gerichte, Kaffee/Tee ausgestattet ist. Im Bad Dusche und WC, im SZ ein Holz-Bett 140x200 cm mit neuer höherer Matratze +Topper und 1 Schrank. Im WZ steht eine Eckcouch, die Platz für 1 Person zum schlafen bietet, 1 Sessel, TV und ein Essplatz für 3 Personen. W-Lan vorhanden.

On approx. 65 m², a comfortably furnished apartment with a combined kitchen/living room including a cozy living/sleeping and dining area as well as a fitted kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed & a large bathroom with shower awaits you. The apartment can accommodate a total of 4 people. A children's travel crib can be provided free of charge upon request.
