The flat can be reached separately through a shared staircase. Please note: Living/bedroom and kitchen/bathroom are separated by a staircase. The location is very central: the city centre and train station are within 5 min walking distance.

The apartment is on the second floor of our townhouse from 1908. We acquired it in 2020 and have completely renovated it with love ever since. Immerse yourself in a world of the past. The Gänsetrappe is a 335-year-old individual monument in the old town of Ballenstedt. The house is detached on the approximately 1000 square meter property at the end of a dead end road. The originality has been preserved as much as possible and carefully combined with the contemporary requirements of a cozy vacation home.
