This was an excellent apartment to stay at, right next to the ocean and beach. The view was excellent and it felt great to be able to fall asleep with the sound of the ocean waves hitting the beach. The pool was excellent and security kept everyone comfortable. A great find.

It's better than what's shown in the photos! In a super safe, family friendly, well-maintained beach, the development has a playground that flows into a saltwater lake where you can go swimming or kayak, inflables. The beach super close to the house. The house has very good distribution : it has 3 bedrooms each with its full bathroom, in addition to that on the ground floor it has a room with full bathroom but no door, in addition it has an employee's room with two beds and its full bathroom. The phenomenal bbq area with ocean views, pool and hot water Jacuzzi. The gentleman who takes care of the house is very friendly and helped us at all times, he even helped us put tent and chairs on the beach! I would definitely go back to this house.

My stay was really very cozy and pleasant. The house is certainly complete, it has its spaces impeccably clean, very organized and complete, it is a very beautiful house and excellent for resting. The pool is great. My family rested a lot and we felt comfortable in every space and it was as described by Genesis, who was very attentive and an excellent host. Immediately respond to messages and try to make their guests feel comfortable. 💯 The apartment is comfortable, impeccable, very well located if you want to be in a quiet area. Additional has private parking inside the condominium and guard at the main access door. Recommended 💯!!!
