We had an excellent experience over the weekend. The house is just as shown in the pictures: clean, comfortable and well equipped. The location is perfect for relaxing, with quick access to the beach and a very quiet atmosphere. The host was very attentive and was always available for any questions. You can see the love with which they maintain the place. Ideal for relaxing, sharing with family or friends. We would definitely go back!

We stayed at Patricio's house for an extended weekend in Salinas and the experience was excellent. The house is very nice, clean and comfortable, ideal for relaxing with the family. The area seemed quiet and safe, perfect for relaxing. Patricio was very kind and always made sure we were okay, very attentive and quick to answer any questions. Would definitely go back and highly recommend it!

We enjoyed our stay! No more than 15 minutes to get anywhere in the area. It is a quiet and safe community. We were able to take nightly walks after grilling with no issues. The home is very cozy and could use some updates but that would not prevent us from returning. Everything that is posted is at the home and ready to use. The location for those of us looking for security is perfect, garage for several cars since it is a private development. We would definitely come back. The children really enjoyed the pool in the complex.
