Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Ballarat Central

Gorgeous house, easy walk to everything. Quality linens and towels, spotless. Would love to stay again especially in warmer weather so we can make the most of the pool.

Karen’s place provided a wonderful retreat whilst we were at Golden Plains festival with our children (3&5yo). The children loved the garden Karen provided thoughtful bubble bath, the kitchen was very well equipped (we even baked muffins) and the BBQ was spotless! Buninyong is a lovely town close by and it’s so close to Ballarat if you want to explore those sights and delights. Thanks again for a lovely stay!

We had such a lovely stay at Hazel House. The home is beautifully decorated with so many thoughtful touches that made it feel welcoming and comfortable from the moment we walked in. The lounge was especially cosy—I spent hours happily reading my book there—and the outdoor BBQ area was a great bonus that we made good use of. Sarah was a fantastic host—super responsive, friendly, and gave us all the detail we needed to enjoy our stay. The location is also spot on, just a short drive to Lake Wendouree. Would definitely stay again. Thanks for a wonderful getaway!

This is such a beautiful house!!!!! I would highly recommend staying here. It is gorgeous. Beds are comfy, bathrooms are lovely. The garden is just fabulous, fire-pit and outdoor seating. There is everything you could need in the kitchen. Having a separate lounge room was just brilliant as there were six of us staying, it meant you could find a quiet spot to get away. Close to a really good cafe for breakfast. Cindy has done a really careful and considered job of styling this house. It’s beautiful. Great heating which is important in Ballarat. We loved it!!!

We have waited a while to stay at Stonehenge and it was worth the wait. It was peaceful, cosy and very comfortable. All the amenities were great and everything was of great quality. Andreana was terrific with communication and lovely to deal with. I hope we get the opportunity to spend some more time there.

Gorgeous little home that has everything you need for a relaxing stay in Ballarat. Only minutes from the train station and heaps of restaurants and cafes. Georgie was great to deal with and always had fast responses to any questions. Check in and Check out weee both very simple. We had a fabulous stay at Sailors Falls Estate! Margaret and Robert were so helpful and the villa was very comfortable. We found the nearby Daylesford attractions easy to get to but also enjoyed relaxing at the villa with a lovely wine from the cellar door!

We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay and felt at home and relaxed. Everything we could possibly need was provided and the chocolates on arrival was a sweet touch! Narelle was friendly and replied to us promptly. Our first impression when we walked through this place was clean, bright and beautiful as shown in the pics! Thanks for a lovely, relaxing stay and we will definitely be back and recommend to our family and friends! Just beautiful! :)

Such a gorgeous little caravan & private courtyard, easy parking right outside the entrance at the end of a laneway - there was even a little nook in the side of the caravan with a dog bed & bowls. A lovely part of Daylesford within easy walking distance of Kadota & Cliffy’s with the Convent across the road. Super clean & homely - the caravan has a little fireplace which would be lovely & cosy in winter. Something different for a fun getaway - highly recommend.

Loved our stay it had all the kitchen wear to cook breakfast at home and the beds are super comfy, very easy check in and just what we expected!

We had the most amazing time there, and Marina and Malcolm have honestly been the best hosts we’ve ever had through Airbnb. They were incredibly kind, thoughtful, and helpful from start to finish. The cottage was absolutely immaculate—spotless, cozy, and perfectly prepared for our stay. The location is stunning, surrounded by peaceful nature, with breathtaking views, birds, and even kangaroos! We especially loved spending time by the fire pit and relaxing with our dogs in such a serene and magical environment. To top it all off, Marina and Malcolm went above and beyond by baking us fresh bread and leaving us a variety of delicious treats to enjoy. It was such a warm and generous gesture that made us feel truly special. If we could rate this stay 100 stars, we absolutely would. Thank you again for an unforgettable weekend—we can’t wait to come back!

The perfect little hideaway tucked just outside the centre of Woodend, this little cottage was absolutely delightful. The wood fire made it super cosy inside on cold nights, the beds very comfy with beautiful linen sheets and the overall country ambience was just what we needed. The local roos paid a visit most mornings and the views over the dam with the ducks at sunrise and sunset was just beautiful. This place was our favourite accommodation of our whole trip.

We loved our weekend getaway at the Daylesford Bush Retreat! The house was neat and clean with everything you need to relax. Really nice bathroom too, which is important to us 😉. Untouched bushland all around to explore and only 8 min drive into town make this a place we’ll come back to, thanks!

Dimity's cabins were a beautiful peaceful base for a weekend away for our friends' wedding. The outdoor and natural setting was just what we needed to unwind and slow down, especially since the weather was so clear! It is also a perfect setting for some focussed work time, which we will be back for I'm sure. The bathroom, bedroom and sitting rooms are each in separate cabins so make sure you bring warmer gear in colder months! Dimity was a responsive, thoughtful and generous host - we had everything we needed on arrival. The wine, snacks and milk were a lovely thoughtful touch. We would definitely recommend!

Such a lovely secluded place in beautiful Bushland. There are lots of nice hikes around in the national park close by. The house was beautiful and comfortable and we had a great time walking and relaxing by the fire. Lots of beautiful birds and kangaroos. Thank you :)
