Vacation rentals with breakfast in Ballarat Central

Beautiful place to stay! The house was spacious for 5 people with a beautiful outdoor area as well. The town is walking distance so heaps to do around the area. Geraldine is friendly and super easy to communicate with! She left us a welcome pack with some treats and snacks that were greatly appreciated!! Would definitely be back.

The house was very nicely furnished and Trevor provided very thoughtful welcome amenities, bread, cookies and such. There was not a lot of hanging space but for our short visit it was good , the outdoor space was very pleasant and comfortable. If staying, be good to have a car. Trevor was a great communicator and everything was easy and comfortable.

Eureka Rose was in a great location and was the perfect spot for us to stay overnight while exploring Ballarat. Even though we checked in at 1:30 am (yes, you read that right), Dean stayed awake to welcome us and gave us a complete walk-through of the house. The house is a vintage storybook place, and there’s so much to explore inside. Dean is a vibrant soul, radiating love, warmth, and humour. Despite facing two major setbacks in life, he has grown through the experience and now shares with others the gifts of kindness, empathy, resilience, care, and laughter. If you're facing any challenges or setbacks in life, a one-night stay at Eureka Rose and a chat with Dean might be just what you need to feel uplifted. I’ll definitely be going back to Dean in the future. (Looking forward to our next visit, Dean. Thanks so much for the good chat we had on Easter morning. That meant a lot to us...! )

We had a lovely stay at peel cottage. Lots of charming character and our kids had a ball exploring the house and garden area. Convenient location with the drive cafe just up the road and local supermarkets and playgrounds a 10-15min walk. Also so close to sovereign hill!

Cosy house in a lovely quiet location. The chickens are gorgeous. Neat and tidy. Very easy walk into town.

It was a pleasure getting to know Michelle and her son George while staying in their very comfortable and spacious Ballarat home. Thanks to their kindness, openess and friendly communicatilon, along with their adorable toy poodle and cat I felt very welcome and enjoyed living there across the 9 days. We stayed at The Botanist's House for the Ballarat Marathon weekend. Location was great with only a short 600m walk to the main course intersection so it was easy for family to spectate. There's also an IGA supermarket conveniently located nearby with a huge selection of gluten free foods, which was a welcome find. The house itself was beautiful and felt like a home away from home. Cheryl provided all the amenities we could possibly need for our weekend away including home baked bread. Overall one of our best Airbnb experiences and we wouldn't hesitate to return. We had a wonderful stay at Kerryn’s place in Ballarat Central. The location was fantastic—right in the heart of town and within walking distance to the lake. The unit itself was cosy and welcoming, truly a home away from home. Everything inside was just perfect—from the comfortable beds to the well-thought-out family area and spotless bathrooms. It was also just a quick 5-minute drive to a great selection of restaurants. Kerryn was a fantastic host and very responsive to any questions. Highly recommend this lovely spot for anyone visiting Ballarat!

We had a great stay with Simon. We had to check in late but he made sure the lights were on and everything was set up for us. The studio was spotless and linen was clean! Very lovely experience!

The Unit was spot on! Close walk to city centre (3 minutes) if you can’t be bothered walking that far there is a place to eat across the road, lots of thing to do within walking distance, train ride, market on a Sunday, lots of restaurants, cafe’s, shops, museums! Quick walk to the Wombats garden. Wineries within driving distance (great wines!) Thanks Renee & Izzy! We enjoyed our Easter trip away from Geelong..

Absolutely incredible. So relaxing, spacious yet cozy and the perfect way to spend our anniversary 🤍 Lovely and friendly host and perfect location! We even had two kangaroo visitors we spotted from the balcony. The spa was definitely a highlight. Thank you again for an amazing stay!

We had a great weekend stay at Fiona’s place. It was cosy & central to Daylesford with only a 10 minute commute out to the main town. It had everything we needed and Fiona was very helpful with details for check in. Highly recommend this space! :)

One of the most well stocked AirBnBs we’ve stayed in. The place was lovely, with the ducks and the lake right out front. Definitely would love to stay again!

Lovely quaint cottage for a restful getaway. We particularly enjoyed a soak in the spa with some wine after a long walk. Very comfy bed and thoughtful touches.

We had a fabulous weekend at Azidene and would highly recommend it! David was welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed. We loved the private garden setting and the proximity to everything.

Jill and Shane's Bed and Breakfast is absolutely stunning. It is beautifully furnished, very comfortable and the breakfast included is a great added bonus. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and wished I could have stayed longer. Thank you for creating such a comfortable, warm and welcoming place, it was wonderful. Every detail had been carefully thought through, making the experience of the place very enjoyable.

We were truly grateful for our experience at Colin’s place. Colin radiates warmth and friendliness—the kind that genuinely touches your heart. When he said, “you are my guests,” he meant it, going above and beyond to make us feel comfortable during our stay. We arrived late on a chilly night, but the moment we stepped in, we were welcomed by the cozy warmth of the fireplace that Colin had kindly lit in advance. Despite the late hour, he took the time to show us around the accommodation and chatted with us, making a real effort to connect. We had to leave very early the next morning, and without hesitation, Colin said breakfast would be ready whenever we needed it—including his delicious homemade bread, even at such an early hour! That thoughtful gesture meant a lot to us. Even though our encounter was short, my family learned so much from Colin, and we’ll definitely be back. Thank you again, Colin!
