Over the years, Ballarat's highly sought-after builders extended this house and added an amazing lantern style roof to bring an abundance of natural light in this beautiful home. THE COOPERARE is a short walk to CBD, cafes and specialty shops or a short drive to most of the Ballarat attractions.

The “Swiss Mountain Hotel”, our local, has good food, a nice atmosphere & is only 5 minutes to the west in Blampied.
