Cabin vacation rentals in Ballangen Municipality

Great place, spotless clean and everything is brand new ! Some disadvantages are that place is really small(bedrooms has no cabinets as there is no space for them) and kitchen is also limited. You can see it from the pictures, though. The upper floor has no door as well. So there are 2 separate bedrooms only. All the rest is great, communication is fast and helpful, view and locations are amazing, hot tub was used every day! Amazing =)

We were allowed to spend 8 days in Kathrine's beautiful house. The location, tranquility and views are unique. The whole house is very clean and maintained. You immediately feel comfortable, which is why a rainy day is not a problem. The kitchen equipment leaves nothing to be desired, so you can easily take care of yourself. Particularly noteworthy here are the coffee machine and the Sodastream. The beds are very comfortable and the Stressless armchairs in the living room invite you to relax. The hot tub on the terrace with the great view is phenomenal. Kathrine responds to queries within a short time and also proactively passes on information. So she informed us about the Artic Run taking place, where we had the opportunity to get to know her, which made us very happy. We totally enjoyed the days at Kathrine and Glenn's house and hope we can come back in the winter.

Dear Anne, thank you very much for having us! We have stayed at Anne’s house for almost two weeks and with two different companies: first with friends and then with my husband’s parents. We had amazing time both times. The best things about the house: 1. The view is incredible. Having your first cup of coffee with this view is priceless 2. The house is right on the ski slopes. We could ski in/ski out, making it easy to go ski even for a short period of time 3. The jacuzzi is amazing. We used it sometimes during the sunset time and sometimes late at night for Aurora watching 4. You can see Auroras right from the living room and the jacuzzi is really the best for watching them since you don’t get cold 5. This is the best stocked house I have ever stayed at - it had everything. We could really feel that it’s Anne’s second home, not just a rental house Anne is great as a host as well: friendly, responsive and helpful. We felt welcome and had the best time!

Amazing seaview! Location was totally peaceful and suitable for enjoying nature, Västerålen and even Lofoten. Easy to drive eg. to whalesafari in Andenes. The cottage was functional, cozy and well equipped. Irene communicated well and quickly. She even informed us about night-time road closure, which was essential to us. We had totally relaxing stay!

Beautiful place with state of the art facilities, sauna, electric blinds. AC/heater, hot tub, washer/dryer. Great place to come back to after a long day of hiking. Only thing missing was a wine opener!

Fantastic place!!! One of the best Airbnbs we’ve been to, if not actually The One:) warm welcome, incredible clean cabin (better then in the photos), Malin was so nice, helpful and made as feel like at home. Great distance do Bodø and all great hiking places. Hope to come back one day:)!!

Great place for fishing and long stay.

A great place to stay if you want to explore Lofoten. Excellent host! Cannot recommend it enough!

A great place to go on vacation. Cozy, quiet, surrounded by nature. Unique! The various hikes around the cabin were wonderful.

Wonderful place and great hospitality!

We had a wonderful stay! The contact with Marte's father was very friendly – he provided us with great tips on the surroundings. The cottage itself was sparkling clean, well furnished and equipped with everything you need – including a grill, which we enjoyed very much. The view was simply breathtaking and made the stay perfect. Clear recommendation!

This cabin is THE best place I’ve stayed in! It had all things necessary for a comfortable living, it took us half an hour to figure out stuff but once we got the hang of it, it was just magical. Birger and Martin are excellent hosts, the collection they have at this place is unmatched and something which impressed me a lot. 11/10 recommended!

My fiance and I spent the most incredible week in Lofoten at Telma’s cabin during the polar night! Grunnforfjord is absolutely spectacular in the winter season and we completely fell in love with the scenery, the wildlife and the northern lights displays which we had on pretty much every evening of our stay. The cabin has everything you could need and the wood burner kept us warm throughout. The separate annexe has some of the best views you could wake up to and we even had an otter walk past the window. We will certainly be coming back to Lofoten in the spring/summer months and if you are looking for a peaceful retreat this is the best we have experienced so far!

We have immensely enjoyed our stay here! It is a very cozy cottage and the view from the terrace is fantastic! Enjoyed the midnight sun so much. Highly recommended!

Thank you for a great stay. Communication was great and everything worked without any problems. The location is perfect for hot dogs on the beach or for grilling in general. We were able to enjoy beautiful sunsets right on the water. We will be back. :)

What a wonderful stay we had in Astrid's rorbu. Atmospherically furnished, nice and spacious and equipped with every comfort. Beautiful surroundings, wonderfully quiet, fantastic private terrace on the water and the start of a beautiful hiking trail on the corner. From the rorbu or from the terrace, you could see the fishing boats sailing on and off. Have a nice place to come at home.

It was a very pleasant stay. The house is cozy and comfortable. There's everything you need: cleaning products, shampoo, conditioner, gel, and cooking utensils. The hostess is attentive and friendly. Highly recommended!

Wonderful location away from it all, with everything you need to unwind for a few days. The nearest supermarket is a little way away so stock up on your drive in. We were there at that beginning of March and needed the 4x4 (or AWD) with studded tyres. The weather was epic, thoroughly enjoyable. The place is warm with terrific views over the water.
