Although I did not meet Laëtitia, our exchanges were always pleasant. The explanations for taking possession of the accommodation, very clear. The place is very quiet and peaceful as well as well located in relation to the outings to do.

Exactly what we were looking for, a nice place in the country that was close to towns and chateaux we could explore. We are a group who likes cooking and were easily able to do so in the nice kitchen oozing with French charm. Plus the beds were very comfortable, always a plus when traveling. The setting was abundant with beautiful flowers in bloom, chickens clucking peacefully, and a horse in the field. It was really wonderful. We appreciated that Odette came out to meet us and to make sure we knew where everything was.

Everything was as shown, or even better, than in the photos. Great location everything is within walking distance. Very clear directions. No noise problems. No complaints, go for it!

Great stay! The owner is very responsive, available and accommodating — we were late (1:30 a.m. on a Saturday night) and he still welcomed us warmly. He also took the time to prepare personalized recommendations, tested by himself, which was a big plus. Very nice and flexible on check-in and check-out times. The apartment was faithful to the photos: clean, quiet, good location (right in the city center but in a quiet neighborhood). A really good experience. We recommend it!

My wife and I had a lovely week in Tours and used François apartment as a base to explore the Loire valley and visit its many Chateau’s. The apartment is exceptionally well kept and fully equipped and is located in an ideal spot to explore the city on foot. The included underground car parking is very secure and the apartment is then easily accesible by lift. Highly recommended.

We had a great time at Stéphanie and Nicolas's. The apartment is cozy and quiet, great location for visiting Tours without needing to take the car. We were warmly welcomed by Nicolas who took the time to advise us on the different monuments to visit and the restaurants nearby.
