The city center and harbor can be reached in just 10 minutes by car. Parking is not available on the property, but is available free of charge and for an unlimited time on the roundabout directly in front of the house. Immerse yourself in the timeless retro charm of our vacation home on the dike in Balje. The rural life, the expanses of the outer dyke as well as the large garden, in which fruit trees can also be found, invite you to slow down. From the upper floor you can look at the Elbe with its shipping traffic to and from Hamburg. Nestled between Cuxhaven and Stade, many small towns offer beautiful routes and opportunities for shopping and lingering, also for cyclists and motorcyclists.

Old trees offer the possibility for a hammock or slackline. On the first floor: porch, hallway, living room, kitchen, laundry room (sep. shower/sep. toilet) with terrace access as well as a bedroom/sauna. Upper floor: 1 bathroom (tub + toilet) and 2 bedrooms; access via hallway to the balcony.

Beautiful one-room apartment in the historic center. On the property of the naturopathic practice, we have renovated a small half-timbered house. Five minutes' walk into nature. Disconnect from everyday life, come to rest and find yourself, relaxation for body and mind. Movement is life, a hike, a bike trip, or a walk, just enjoy. Massages and treatments can be booked individually in the practice. Well-behaved pets are welcome. We look forward to seeing you soon!

Due to its secluded location and the large garden surrounded by an old tree population, it is an ideal place to relax. Pure nature! Perfect for a relaxing weekend in the countryside for yoga and meditation groups, families with children or family reunions. In the attic there is a beautiful 75 m² yoga room equipped with mats and meditation cushions. From Hamburg it is a 40-minute drive by car and the North Sea can also be reached in 40 minutes.

Peace, relaxation and pure nature guarantee a relaxing vacation experience. On not so nice days, the fireplace provides coziness. The kitchen is well equipped and has two induction plates, a small mini oven, coffee maker, toaster, and a smoothie maker

Swimming and dog beach about 4-5 km away, easily accessible by bicycle or car. Shopping and attractions are numerous. The house has no direct neighbors, so nice evenings in the securely fenced garden are guaranteed. Children and dogs can play in peace.
