Family-friendly vacation rentals in Bali

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in Marias Haus sehr genossen. Anreise und Abreise erfolgten ohne Probleme und sehr flexibel. Die Kommunikation mit Magdalena verlief hervorragend. Bei Fragen genügte eine kurze Nachricht, die immer sofort beantwortet wurde. Vor Ort erwarteten uns Maria und ihr kleiner – sehr süßer – Hund Rudi. Maria ist eine wunderbare Frau, die uns sehr herzlich und mit köstlichen Geschenken begrüßt hat. Auch während unseres Aufenthaltes brachte sie uns immer mal wieder kleine selbstgekochte Überraschungen vorbei. Das Haus ist wunderschön und sehr sauber. In der Küche findet man alles, was man zum Kochen benötigt, die Betten waren gemütlich und der Ausblick aus den drei Terrassen einfach atemberaubend. Wir haben es sehr genossen, auf der Terrasse zum Wohnzimmer lange und ausgiebig zu frühstücken und dabei auf das Meer zu blicken. Obwohl wir zwei Wochen in Marias Haus verbrachten, ist uns der Abschied am Ende sehr schwergefallen. Wir würden sehr gerne wiederkommen.

Bel appartement, bien équipé, proche de Chania en voiture. Stationnement facile dans la rue qui est très calme. L'appartement est très spacieux, il peut convenir à 2 familles. L'accueil de notre hôte est parfait. Le sejour autour de Chania est tres agreable. Je recommande !

Very much enjoyed our stay at Tasos’s apartment! It was clean and comfortable and he was very flexible with check-in/check-out as we had flight delays and arrived later then we expected, along with having to check-out at 3:30 in the morning to catch our flight. He was great at communicating, responding promptly, and also gave us a bunch of recommendations on things to do locally. Would definitely stay here again, and totally recommend to others!

Teo war der beste Host, den ich jemals auf Airbnb hatte. Alles war super und bei Problemen war Teo sofort hilfsbereit und freundlich zur Stelle. Der Ausblick von der Terrasse war traumhaft und die Zimmeranordnung perfekt. Ich würde jedem die Unterkunft weiterempfehlen!

Orgon Farm is a lovely, serene getaway. Located 30min south of Heraklion, it was a perfect central location. We enjoyed the baskets left every other morning by Manolis and his charming farm. We dream of staying here again!

Super expérience ! L’appart était top, propre, cosy et bien situé. On s’y est tout de suite senti à l’aise. L’hôte est super sympa et dispo si besoin. Franchement, je recommande à 100 % et je reviendrai avec plaisir si je repasse dans le coin. Merci pour tout

L’appartement est extrêmement bien placé en plein centre ville , nombreux restaurants à proximité. Il y a par contre un peu de bruit le soir mais cela ne nous a pas dérangé et semble un peu évident vu la localisation. La literie est un peu trop ferme à mon goût par contre. L’appartement était très propre . Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la terrasse avec le jacuzzi sans aucun vis à vis

Wir haben mit unserer 1 Jährigen Tochter einen Monat bei Dimitris im Haus verbracht. Das Haus liegt nur wenige Gehminuten vom Meer und einer tollen kleinen Bucht entfernt. Die Bucht ist perfekt für Kinder. Auch der Mini-Markt und Restaurants befinden sich fußläufig in Reichweite. Das Haus war sauber und ordentlich. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Abends im Bett konnte man immer das Meer rauschen hören. Der Garten war, wie das Haus auch, in einem tadellosen Zustand. Hier hat unsere Tochter auf der Schaukel besonders gerne Zeit verbracht. Dimitris war immer gut erreichbar und sofort an Ort und Stelle, wenn es ein Problem gab. Wir haben die Zeit bei Dimitris genossen und würden sehr gerne wiederkommen.

We expected to arrive in the first afternoon, but experienced multiple delays thus I let the host know and she was always very understanding and helpful. We arrived at about 7pm and she reached us as we could not find the location. Extremely polite, understanding and kind she took her time to show the house and explain any facility. The house is great, everything is working as expected, beds and bathrooms showed no problems, air conditioning works great. The garden surrounding the house is very beautiful, with games (ping-pong, basket, amaca, bicycles) and very beautiful panorama all around up to the sea. The only minor problem we had is with some ants in the kitchen, but it is understandable having the garden all around. They show up quite quickly when you place food on the working plane. Thank you very much Fotini, hope to visit again in the future.

Εξαιρετικο σπιτι, ειχε τα παντα, μεχρι και τραπεζι πινγκ πονγκ πληρως εξοπλισμενο Υπεροχη πισινα Εξαιρετικα ησυχη γειτονια με πολυ ωραιο περιβαλλοντα χωρο και πολυ κοντα σε παραλιες μινι μαρκετ και ταβέρνες Παραλληλα ειναι ιδανικο σημειο για να γνωρισει καποιος ολες τις ομορφιες του ρεθυμνου προς ολες τις κατευθυνσεις Πραγματικα θα ηθελα καθε χρονο να κανω διακοπες σε αντίστοιχα σπιτια και τοσο ομορφες περιοχες

Insgesamt sehr gut, uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen vor allem für Familien mit Kindern allen Alters. Wir waren mit vier Kindern zwischen 1-15 Jahren im Februar eine Woche dort. Das ist super, bis auf das Bad gut heizbar, aber warmes Wasser ausreichend da auch für mehrere Duschen nacheinander. Super Kommunikation mit Manolis, sehr hilfreich und prompt, fühlten uns sehr als Gäste willkommen. Sein Bruder erwartete uns an der Hauptstraße und zeigte uns den Weg durch die wunderschönen Olivenhaine. Auto ist sinnvoll, theoretisch wäre es auch mit Bus und 10 Minuten Laufen erreichbar, sehr schöner Strand 15-20 min, paar Minuten mit Auto. Ausstattung der Hauses perfekt, die Fotos untertreiben eher. Zahlreiche Mücken haben uns eine unangenehme Überraschung bereitet, aber das ist wahrscheinlich für Februar auf Kreta normal. Das Wetter war sehr variabel: innerhalb einer Woche im Meer gebadet und Schneeschauer. Wir fanden es super.

Die Unterkunft von Heike war super gepflegt und hatte alles was das Herz begehrte. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt und unsere Zeit sehr genossen! Heike war auch beim Tag unserer Anreise vor Ort und hat uns persönlich viele hilfreiche Tipps gegeben und uns alles nötige erklärt. Sie war auch jederzeit schnell für uns erreichbar. Utensilien fürs Grillen von Fleisch und Fisch waren auch vollständig vorhanden. Die umliegenden Kleinstädte mit zahlreichen Lokalitäten sind mit dem Auto schnell und leicht zu erreichen. Wer sportlich ist, schafft es auch zu Fuß :) . Aber auch zu Hause kann man die Seele gut baumeln lassen, entweder in einer Hängematte oder einer Liege.

We loved our stay in Alex's apartment. Tris Ekklisies is a perfect peaceful seaside village, away from the crowds. The beach is so close and we loved the quiet side, finding a spot under a tree for the day. The sea is great for snorkeling and there are a few tavernas to choose from. The drive down the mountain is spectacular, we recommend Sunny Hill Cafe for a drink or some food on the way. The apartment was lovely, bright and comfortable. We hope to be back one day!

Από την αρχή της διαμονής μας, οι ιδιοκτήτες μας υποδέχθηκαν με θερμή φιλοξενία και φιλικότητα. Εκτός από το γεγονός ότι ήταν πάντα πρόθυμοι να μας βοηθήσουν με ό,τι χρειαστήκαμε, μας έκαναν να νιώσουμε σαν στο σπίτι μας. Είναι, επίσης, ιδιοκτήτες ενός τοπικού καταστήματος με παραδοσιακά καλούδια, και μας πρόσφεραν τα πιο νόστιμα καλτσούνια που έχουμε δοκιμάσει ποτέ – μια πραγματική γευστική εμπειρία! Το διαμέρισμα ήταν πεντακάθαρο και πολύ άνετο, ενώ η τοποθεσία του ήταν ιδανική: βρισκόταν σε μια ήσυχη γειτονιά, αλλά μόλις 8 λεπτά με το αυτοκίνητο από το όμορφο παλιό λιμάνι. Επιπλέον, ήταν εξαιρετικά pet-friendly, κάτι που εκτιμήσαμε ιδιαίτερα, καθώς οι ιδιοκτήτες φροντίζουν με αγάπη μερικές γάτες στην αυλή τους. Γενικά, ήταν μια υπέροχη διαμονή με εξαιρετικούς ανθρώπους, και σίγουρα θα το προτείνουμε σε οποιονδήποτε θέλει να απολαύσει την πραγματική κρητική φιλοξενία!

Beautiful home with spectacular views! Hosts were very kind and met us in the village to personally show us to the house. Great local guide and recommendations for things to do in the area. Evenings reading on the veranda looking over the hills and listening to the village were a dream!

Absolutely amazing host and villa. Kosta and his office were brilliant and when we got to the villa we were met by Stella. She could not have done more to make our stay any better; communication was seamless, so many local suggestions, local produce left throughout the stay, the loan of a stoneware pot to use in the pizza oven over tonight to slow cook vegetables, honestly everything and more. The villa is exactly like the photos - stunning. Breath taking location with a view we all miss now we are home. The layout of the villa is excellent; it is beautifully decorated, the outside kitchen area is perfect and much used. The landscaping is wonderful, and the pool is gorgeous. The villa was meticulously cleaned throughout our stay and the pool and garden maintained to the highest standard. We had the most wonderful holiday; thank you so much Stella and your team for everything.

From the moment we arrived to the moment we left we had a fantastic time and stay at Olive Villa. Panagiotis and Olga are an absolutely delightful couple as well as kind, generous and hard-working hosts. It is clear that they both take great pride in their home and also go out of their way to ensure the accommodation and facilities they provide for their guests are of an extremely high standard. We were hugely impressed by and spent a lot of time relaxing in the beautiful garden (immaculately tended) as well as in the swimming pool (very clean and well-maintained) and dining in the outside bbg area (fantastically set out and equipped). We cannot recommend it highly enough and dearly hope to be able to return in the not too distant future!

Lovely villa and garden in a quiet spot. Kostas and Elizabeth were very approachable and responded quickly to any queries. As others have said, the only slight draw back is the approach to the villa down a very narrow drive with a right angled turn which took some manoeuvring even in our smallish car. We got used to it and ultimately this didn't spoil our enjoyment of this beautiful property.

We had the most amazing experience staying at this Airbnb! The house was absolutely stunning with breathtaking views that made every morning special. It was beautifully maintained and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. What truly set this place apart, though, were the incredible hosts. They went above and beyond to make sure our trip was perfect. From arranging convenient transportation from the airport in Heraklion to renting us their car—which was spotless and ideal for exploring Crete—everything was seamless and stress-free. Their warmth and hospitality made us feel right at home, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Crete. We can’t wait to come back!

Wij werden goed ontvangen! Angelina was een enorm fijne vrouw om mee te communiceren. De eerste avond bij aankomst kregen wij avondeten van haar, omdat we 24 uur vertraging hadden en de supermarkten niet open waren. Villa was erg schoon. Enige minpunt was de wifi in de villa. De verbinding was erg slecht en op een kamer had je helemaal geen verbinding. Nadat wij aangaven dat er geen wifi was vertelde ze dat het geregeld zou worden. Nadat wij dit hadden aangekaart waren wij nog 9 dagen in de villa. In die resterende tijd hebben we daar niks meer van terug gehoord. De taxi die werd aangeboden om ons te brengen was ook een goede taxi service. En alle andere activiteiten en services die werden aangeboden waren van hoge kwaliteit. De schoonmaaksters waren goed en grondig in hun werk waardoor de villa goed werd onderhouden. Kortom was op de wifi na het een hele fijne vakantie ervaring en een hele fijne host.
