Quiet, cosy B&B with private sauna and hot tub

The B&B is located on the edge of Overasselt, a small rural village just south of Nijmegen; the oldest city of the Netherlands close to the German border. The B&B comes with a private sauna and hot tub and is the ideal destination for a private getaway for two. The area has a lot of hiking and cycling routes or you can use it as a starting point to explore the south eastern part of the country with cities such as Arnhem, Nijmegen and ‘s Hertogenbosch. Breakfast (weekends only) is by request.

Our B&B is equipped with all modern facilities such as a modern kitchen, Philips Hue lighting, smart TV and Quooker. The cozy veranda is complete with a luxury Jacuzzi and wood stove. The B&B with large private garden and unobstructed view is completely shielded from the farmhouse by a fence and is only accessible to you as a guest. From the Finnish barrel sauna on the adjacent terrace, you can look out over the picturesque city meadows. A delicious breakfast of your choice is optional.

The Oude Glasfabriek can be found in the popular Nijmegen district "Oost". The property is located on a quiet path where you can mainly hear the birds. Yet, it is in the middle of the neighborhood. Within a few minutes' walk, you have a wide choice of cozy cafes and restaurants. The city center, the Waalkade, the Ooijpolder or the woods are nearby. Radboud University and the University of Applied Sciences of Arnhem and Nijmegen (HAN) can also be reached by bicycle within a few minutes.

Our luxury apartment (60 m2), in the converted barn of a beautiful thatched farmhouse, has a separate bedroom (double box spring) with French doors to a spacious garden with seating, a garden room (20 m2) and lounge chairs. Welcome to our cozy guesthouse in Malden, located in the vicinity of various forest and nature reserves such as the Mookerheide, Hatertse Vennen, Kraaijenbergse Plassen and the Reichswald. The center of Nijmegen is about a 15-minute drive away. A bus stop with a direct bus connection to Nijmegen Station and Radboudumc is 75 meters from our home. Various amenities, such as supermarket and restaurants, are in walking distance. Thermen Berendonck is a 14-minute drive away.

With Tukken op de Tol, we have created a stylish place where you can quickly feel at home. Our cottage is equipped with all comforts, including a fully equipped kitchen, a nice bed and a lovely rain shower. Tukken op de Tol is a stone's throw away from the picturesque fortified towns of Grave and Ravenstein. A day of shopping in Den Bosch or Nijmegen, relaxing at Thermen Berendonck or cycling in the beautiful surroundings along the Maas; possibilities abound!

The house is full of comforts and offers views of the water. With no less than five terraces, including two cozy verandas, one with a wood-burning stove, there is always a place to relax. The bathroom has a lovely rain shower. On the ground floor, you will find a spacious bedroom with a king-size bed and a single bed. On the first floor is a double bed in a separate open space. The large lawn is perfect for a game of soccer or badminton!
