Vacation rentals with beach access in Balearic Islands

Wir waren 1 Woche Mitte Februar in Marias Wohnung und können sie für diese Jahreszeit sehr empfehlen. An der Promenade ging es noch sehr beschaulich zu, im Vergleich zu kleineren Orten hatten jedoch schon einige Restaurants offen. Der große Balkon ist das Highlight der Wohnung, aber auch die Einrichtung und Ausstattung sind sehr komfortabel. Alcudia Port ist als Ort nicht besonders schön, mit einem Mietwagen eignet er sich jedoch gut um die ganze Insel zu erkunden. Man kann 100 m neben der Wohnung kostenlos auf einem öffentlichen Parkplatz parken. Maria ist eine super Gastgeberin, die viele tolle Tips hat und immer sehr schnell antwortet. Alles in allem haben wir unsere Zeit bei Maria sehr genossen!

Muy bien todo. Tuvimos un problema con la lavadora, Miguel estuvo pendiente en todo momento hasta que el problema se resolvió. La casa muy bonita, vista preciosa. Muy recomendable

Fantastic couple of weeks at this lovely little apartment in Portinatx The main reason for booking this place was the great roof terrace and uninterrupted views of the sea and sunsets, this lived up to our expectations and more. The bedroom also has great views out to sea and the surrounding islands. If you like hiking there are some nice routes along the cliffs to the lighthouse or further on to Cala d’en Serra for a swim to cool off. All the restaurants in Portinatx are easy walking distance or there is a nice little place “Can Beatrice” literally behind the apartments, the Sangria is amazing! Die Unterkunft war sauber und hatte alles was von benötigt. Das Möbelar könnte langsam erneuert werden. Im Großen und Ganzen ein gutes Air BnB.

Wonderful home in an incredible location! Would definitely recommend staying here and exploring all the local beaches

We had a lovely long weekend in Ibiza. The apartment is very central, close to restaurants, Bars, shops and harbour. The apartment was very tidy and equipped with the all the necessities including shower gel and shampoo. Marina is a super host, responsive, provides clear instructions and is proactive. I will definitely be back!

We stayed in Alcudia for the spring break and absolutely loved it! Josep’s apartment is beautifully located, beach front with stunning views on the turquoise sea and white sand beach. We enjoyed the sunrise every morning! Josep was a lovely host, very proactive, helpful and flexible. He offered tips, clear instructions with pictures and provided recommendations proactively including updates (for ex. on closed roads during the recent bike race that helped us with planning). The apartment was very well equipped from cooking spices to dishwasher and laundry detergents, sponges, etc. Two bathrooms made it super easy for a family of 4 and the bedrooms, although small, were peaceful and quiet with very comfortable beds. Very clean. Everything was is a great condition and working flawlessly. The location is incredible, a stone throw away from gorgeous beach but also supermarkets. The sunny mornings on the terrace will stay in our memories for a long time. Thank you!

Ce logement est excellent pour les gens qui aiment le calme et la nature. La vallée de Cala Tuent est au pied du Puig Major. On voit donc la mer (20 minutes à pied) au niveau 0 et le sommet de la montagne la plus haute de Majorque à 1436 m. Dans la nuit, les étoiles sont si proches. L'appartement est très spacieux pour deux personnes avec un grand salon. Les tours de randonnée dans le coin sont superbes. En revanche, il faut apporter votre nourriture pour plusieurs journées car le supermarché le plus proche est à > 1 heure en voiture.

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt in der ruhigen und grosszügigen Finca von Cati. Um die Finca liegt ein wunderschönes Naturschutzgebiet. Die Finca ist mit allem Notwendigen liebevoll und gut ausgestattet. Alles ist in einem sehr guten Zustand. Es gibt mehrere schöne Terrassen, die wir je nach Sonnenstand genossen. In kurzer Entfernung hört man das Meeresrauschen. Der Pool ist außergewöhnlich groß und wunderschön gelegen, umgeben von viel Natur. Der Südosten bietet viele herrliche Buchten, die mit zu den schönsten auf Mallorca zählen. Kleine Städte mit schönen Plätzen und Märkten sind mit dem Auto schnell erreichbar. Wir haben unsere sehr Tage sehr genossen.

A fabulous apartment with every amenity. The location is excellent close to the centre of Puerto Pollensa but away from the crowds. The Pine Walk and sea are less than 30m away and there is an excellent cafe right next door. There is a huge choice of restaurants close by and take away places too. The local Spar shop is excellent. The apartment is very comfortable and has a sun terrace with sea and Mountain View’s. The garage is huge and a safe place to keep car, bikes or mobility scooter. The owner is lovely, very helpful and Guillam her son very responsive to queries. We loved it. Only down side is the bougainvillea which is beautiful drops its petals and they need sweeping up often to keep it looking its best!

Sanama's Blue House is beautiful. It was located near a market, pharmacy, many restaurants and literaly steps away from the beach. You can also catch bus 35 from across the pharmacy and it takes you right by the Cathedral. Sanam communicated well and immediately with us when we had questions. I would definitely stay here again. The evening still along the coast were amazing too!!!

This home in Portocolom is amazing. The location right on the water is a huge plus to not only be able to jump in and swim, kayak, os SUP whenever you want, but it faces west so the sunsets on a chaise with a glass of Spanish wine were a highlight of our trip. There were lots of things for 2 preteen boys to occupy themselves with including ping pong, a piano, guitars, toys and even a puppet stage they surprisingly got a kick out of. The local beach is leas than a 5 minute walk, wonderful food and service at both restaurants there and you can reserve sun beds. Maria and her family were super friendly, her son met us for check in and gave us a walkthrough of the home. She was very responsive over what’s app and gave us a ton of recommendations, even told of us the local Santanyi market which we ended up gong to twice because my wife loved it so much. Overall one of the best airbnbs we’ve rented and we would highly recommend it for a family of 4 to 6.

We had a wonderful stay at Carmen’s place. The interiors are beautifully designed and thoughtfully arranged, creating a very comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. Everything was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. I wouldn’t change a thing and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Insgesamt ein tolles Haus. Es ist gross und sehr sauber. Wir haben insbesondere den Whirlpool sehr geschätzt. Für die Sauna war es uns bei dem schönen Wetter etwas zu warm. Morgens und Abends am grossen Tisch draussen zu sitzen war sehr gemütlich. Die Lage ist toll, zu Fuss in 2 Minuten beim Eroski und etwa 5 Minuten bis zum sehr schönen Strand. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen. Wir hätten uns in der Küche etwas mehr Ausstattung gewünscht (Geschirr etc. ist alles eher knapp bemessen, wenn man mit 5-6 Personen dort ist), sind aber auch damit im Endeffekt dann gut klar gekommen :-). Antoni war jederzeit erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit wenn etwas fehlte. Er hatte auch viele Infos und Tipps was es in der Umgebung gibt. Ein guter, sehr freundlicher Gastgeber.

Très beau séjour à Banyalbufar ! Le logement est charmant, bien décoré et agréable à vivre. Le village est superbe, avec une vue magnifique, surtout au coucher du soleil. Les gens sur place sont vraiment accueillants et bienveillants. Un petit souci le premier jour, mais Tanja et Markus ont été très réactifs et tout a été réglé rapidement. En plus, ils nous ont offert le petit déjeuner pour s’excuser, une attention qu’on a beaucoup appréciée. Service 5 étoiles ++ ! Il y a de très bons restaurants dans le coin. Que ce soit pour se reposer ou découvrir d’autres endroits de l’île, c’est une super adresse. On recommande sans hésiter !

This place is a dream. Only a few minutes walk to your own private jump rock along with a shared pool. The views from the balcony and roof are simply stunning. Superb kitchen and entertaining area absolutely lovely place to spend the week in Mallorca couldn’t recommend any more!!

Gorgeous apartment with quality furnishings, super comfy bed, a lovely balcony and two bathrooms. The pool was great for hanging with lots of sunloungers and a gorgeous beach a few mins walk away. Would highly recommend!

Wir haben uns zum zweiten Mal für diese schöne Unterkunft aufgrund der super Lage, der tollen Terrasse und der Nähe zum Strand, Restaurants und Geschäften entschieden. Toni hat uns sehr gastfreundlich empfangen, war immer erreichbar und vor allem hat es möglich gemacht, dass wir schon viel früher einchecken konnten. Wir kommen mit Sicherheit wieder, vorausgesetzt, dass das Apartments frei wird. Wir können jedem die Unterkunft empfehlen!

The house and Guillermo were fantastic. We stayed here for a week, four adults and a baby, and it was a perfect fit. We wished we could have stayed longer! We were especially impressed by the wonderful welcome. We arrived at the house at 12:30 a.m., and Guillermo personally welcomed us anyway. He had brought us water, fruit, and snacks, and we couldn't have felt more at home from the very first minute. Thank you for the wonderful week!

What a beautiful clean,tidy apartment. We felt right at home from the moment we arrived, everything was as it was explained to us. The view from the balcony is magnificent, how I enjoyed sitting having my coffee ☕️ there. If you are looking for an apartment with everything this is the one . We were sorry to be leaving and will be back wouldn't stay anywhere else it so convenient to shop, beach restaurants. Thank you Loli Y Marga for having us in your beautiful apartment ❤️

We had a nice 4 night stay here. The beach is an easy 15-20 minute walk on flat ground. Lots of souvenir shops and restaurants in the area. Lots of free parking around the apartment. Really nice pool. Quiet and peaceful. Nothing to complain about

Wir hatten eine tolle Woche auf Menorca. Die Wohnung ist super geschnitten, alles ist für einen Urlaubsaufenthalt vorhanden und wir haben alles sehr sauber vorgefunden. Die große Terrasse ist phantastisch. Wir haben täglich die Pools direkt neben der Wohnung genutzt und der Strand ist nur fünf Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Mit dem Auto lassen sich alle Ziele wunderbar erreichen. Die Kommunikation mit Siano war top.

Maxim was very communicative leading up to my stay and kept me updated on check in as I arrive long before the usual check in time. He made sure I could get in early and his son Akim checked me in and showed me around the apartment which was great! Both were very friendly, helpful and great hosts. Would definitely recommend!
