The apartment is located on the second floor of a two-family house. 11 steps lead to the house entrance. The surrounding cities of Düsseldorf, Essen and Wuppertal can be reached by car in approx. 30 minutes.

We offer our apartment in the green south of Essen. It is well connected to public transport (bus and S-Bahn), near the Folkwang University and the basilica. The Essen Trade Fair, the University Hospital and all tourist places in Essen and the surrounding area are within easy reach. Velbert is in the immediate vicinity, Düsseldorf can be reached quickly by car or the S-Bahn. The apartment has a small terrace.

The room is "only" about 13 square meters (plus bathroom), but otherwise has everything you need for a short stay: a closet, 2 chairs, a table, fridge, the possibility to make coffee and tea... cups, plates, cutlery ...

Its central location on the edge of the proximity to Essen city center and the direct connection to local public transport enable every guest to move around quickly and individually. The apartment is equipped with everything needed for a short or long stay.
