Top location - Top amenities

It is a beautiful apartment in the middle of the girls' quarter (Seitenstrasse). Restaurants, supermarkets, etc. are a few minutes' walk away. It doesn't get any more central than this. Local transport, highway and city center are also within easy reach. Free parking is available in front of the door. The apartment is perfectly equipped and nothing is missing. I live here most of the time myself and love my home. All things are of very high quality and should be treated well.

Quiet room in the south of Essen, cooking facilities

Quiet room with separate entrance, bathroom with shower, cooking facilities, microwave, kettle, TV and fridge in a well-kept residential area. For energy-saving reasons, it is NOT possible to bathe. Guests can use the washing machine and dryer. The entrance through the garden is steep and not suitable for people with walking difficulties. Shopping is within walking distance. Central places are accessible by public transport. There is a private small terrace.

Quiet guest room - private entrance, private bathroom

We rent our small guest room (... it is ONE room, even if Airbnb lists the living room and bedroom separately in the pictures) with private bathroom and entrance. The room has a bed 80 x 200 cm, which can be quickly widened to 160 x 200 cm. The room is "only" about 13 square meters (plus bathroom), but otherwise has everything you need for a short stay: a closet, 2 chairs, a table, fridge, the possibility to make coffee and tea... cups, plates, cutlery ...

This modern two room apartment in Essen-Bergerhausen is located in a quiet neighborhood close to the Siepental park and only 15 minutes walking distance from the Ruhr river. Perfect for bicycle trips in nature. The next bus stop that takes you to the city center in roughly 10 minutes and to the Gruga in 25 min is just 4 minutes away. In this peaceful location you have everything you need, making this the perfect place for you to enjoy a relaxing holiday.

Our 30-square-meter, completely renovated holiday apartment has a sleeping- Living area for 2 people. A modern bathroom with a shower and a fully equipped kitchen. We provide towels, bed linen and Wi-Fi free of charge. Our apartment is the perfect accommodation for both private and business travelers. The desk is electrically height-adjustable. The nearby Baldeneysee and the Ruhr offer optimal conditions for idyllic cycling tours.

In our house in a small cul-de-sac (insofar as the address "Hauptstrasse" is misleading), we rent a closed 2-room apartment (sleeping/living area) on the first floor with a small kitchen and bathroom. The location is ideal for tourists, business people and trade fair visitors. Since 08/01/2025, the city of Essen has levied an accommodation tax of 5% and a maximum of €9 per night. This is included in the nightly rate.

Enjoy a cozy experience at this centrally-located place in the heart of Essen. A variety of gastronomic offers are within walking distance. A supermarket with a large assortment is also close by. The apartment is centrally located between the main train station and Messe Essen. The transport connection (public transport, highway, e-scooter) is excellent and yet you are in a quiet residential area.

Enjoy the green location in the southern district of Überruhr and benefit from the good transport links that will take you in approx. 15 minutes to the city of Essen. The apartment has 2 separate bedrooms and is great both as a vacation apartment for the family trip and for trade fair guests.

You will find a comfortable attic flat new equipped with a microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, led-tv, wifi and everything you need for a comfortable stay at a top location. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor in a listed building (KRUPP-Altenhof), rebuilt in 1998 renovated in 2017 and contineously maintained.
