The apartment sleeps three: Bedroom with double bed (180 x 220 cm), Sofa bed in the living room (180x200cm), Sofa bed (140x200cm) in a separate room.

We offer our apartment in the green south of Essen. It is well connected to public transport (bus and S-Bahn), near the Folkwang University and the basilica. The Essen Trade Fair, the University Hospital and all tourist places in Essen and the surrounding area are within easy reach. Velbert is in the immediate vicinity, Düsseldorf can be reached quickly by car or the S-Bahn. The apartment has a small terrace.
