This place is setup with very basic needs to keep the hosting cost low for you. Majority of the guests come for interviews and short term-work at the UT Health , Methodist, Santa Rosa, UHS or VA hospitals. UTHealth and Methodist hospital are across the street and one doesn't need UBER or personal car. Great value for medical, dental, nursing and graduate students or medical/dental residents and professionals. Local coffee/sandwich shops, smoothie king, bakery are just few meters away from us.

I truly enjoyed my weekend getaway at Jason’s place. It was great. Within 8-12 mins from everything. It was clean and smelled great. Jason was very accommodating considering i had to reschedule my stay and arrived pretty late. Provided me with the numbers needed in case of any issues but there were NONE! Awesome stay, thanks Jason. I will be back! Oh, also very close to six flags and near a super cool soul food stop that stays open til 2:30am. Book with Jason. 10/10 recommend!!!!!

The host is very responsive and friendly. The location of the property is within walking range of the medical center, which is ideal for the summer internship students, visiting scholars to stay. The price is reasonable. I highly recommend this property if you need a place to stay.
