The house is great! Tons of things provided like stocked bathroom cabinet and snacks which is definitely not always the case. Excellent hosts.

Loved the location on the peninsula. We were able to walk to the beach, to restaurants and really enjoyed being able to use the rooftop deck. Beds were super comfortable and the place was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. It was very helpful also to have the garage for our car and e-bikes since parking is such a challenge in that area. Appreciated our host being available for any questions on arrival and throughout our stay. Hope to visit again!

Not only was the house wonderful, and in the best location, but I’ve never experienced such a kind and accommodating host. Kirk was the best, and his oceanfront house was a dream! It had all the amenities and more. I will definitely be back to this gem!

This is a fantastic place to stay! The house is beautiful, filled with everything you could ever need plus nice little unexpected amenities in the kitchen and bathrooms. The area is wonderful, close to downtown restaurants and shops, and two wonderful small bakeries/breakfast spots a few blocks away. Great place!

Great place. All the photos and descriptions were accurate. We celebrated our daughter’s birthday and we had a good time having it there.

Sandy was a very friendly, helpful, and proactive host. The property has a lovely patio with jasmine flowers. Everything was clean and tidy and the kitchen was well-equipped. There is a playground steps from the unit and a pool, making it great for young families.

It’s hard to put into words just how amazing our stay here was! First time to California with two children and it was like home from home! So much more was provided than expected to make it such an enjoyable stay! Levy was contactable any time if we had any issues and happy to provide info about things to do around the area! The pool was perfect and the boys spend many hours in it as well as the hot tub which was a godsend after a long day sight seeing or after theme parks! Super close to Disney as well! I couldn’t recommend this place enough. It’s refreshing to have a host that can’t do enough for you to make your stay enjoyable which levy certainly did! Thank you for everything and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay again if we happen to visit California again! Orange county was by far our fav place including laguna beach! So location was perfect too! Brandon was incredibly accommodating throughout our entire trip, and the experience was fantastic. Everything - from the kitchen and bathroom to the bedding was clean and comfortable. I would definitely love to stay at his place again.

We had a great stay at Sean & Danielle's place. They were super responsive when we asked to book their place very last minute due to our original plans falling through and the unit was clean and ready for us when we arrived. There was plenty of room for us, our dog, and our baby. The unit was also peaceful and despite being connected to the main house, we didn't hear a single thing the entire time we stayed. Sean & Danielle were also flexible with our dog and check-out was easy.

The place was a great stay and it was minutes away from the location. It was really close to Disneyland. I really enjoyed how there is a projector and big couch, great to use after a long day of walking at the park.

This was a wonderful home for our family stay. Tatiana offered a flexible check-in, which was so helpful, and the space had all the amenities we needed – from kitchen essentials to thoughtful touches for kids. She was an excellent communicator and host. The home is also ideally located near the Irvine Spectrum and a short drive to Laguna Beach, making it easy to enjoy both city and coastal activities.

We enjoyed our short stay here. Excellent location, cute and super clean. It is in front of a parking lot/ you can’t see the ocean much but it’s not a big deal because the bird of paradise plants were blocking the parking lot & you’re about 3min walk to the ocean. There was two small problems—one of the showers wasn’t draining well nor had strong water pressure & the washer machine wasn’t working properly, but I messaged the owner and they did quickly respond. Overall, I will definitely stay here again.

Thanks for a great stay! I think the location is so convenient and active! There is a lot of evening and nightlife close by so the vibe is very alive and has noise impact because there’s a lot of of activity, great for a fun weekend for people that just want to walk and be in the midst of all the action. Thanks for such being a great host. We had a fun weekend.

I stayed at Casa De Balboa for a long weekend with my wife and in-laws and we couldn't be happier! The location was perfect, you could see both the ocean and the marina from the balcony over the garage and you are within walking distance of tons of restaurants, coffee shops, and bars (< 5 minute walk) without the noise that comes with being right there. The beds were very comfortable, there are plenty of pillows and towels, the kitchen was well stocked, and being able to park in a garage made the trip perfect. We would stay here again in a heartbeat and will be looking to book Casa De Balboa next time we are in the area!

We absolutely loved Ollie’s place. It was truly a home away from home. Perfect getaway with a wonderful host. It was quiet, yet walking distance to yummy restaurants and don’t forget the one of a kind continental breakfast that arrives at your front door each morning. We will be returning!

I’m already dreaming of when we can return to this beautiful beach home again! We are Airbnb Luxe hosts ourselves, and I can honestly say that Dana and Kristi completely exceeded my expectations with all of the intricate details of added amenities that they provided. From the welcome Champagne and chocolates, to the beach gear, to the skincare and lip gloss complimentary items, and MORE ugh there was literally nothing that they didn’t think of. The place was immaculate, and both hosts were so responsive and kind! This was one of the best staycations my husband and I could’ve asked for. Our toddler as well as our fur baby were also in heaven. The great attention to detail coupled with the amazing location (3min walk to the beach, Main Street and Pacific City) was enough to have us on Zillow wondering how we could live there forever LOL We miss OC life! They were even able to accommodate a later checkout of so our son could have one last morning beach blast. TEN out of TEN! ⭐️

We had a great stay at Brendas Home. We felt right at home! The ocean breeze was amazing, the walk to the beach was beautiful, so many things to do walking distance and she was a amazing host! 10 out of 10 stay and experience in this home! Will absolutely be back!
