Our family house is ideal for large families and companies. We rent the first floor with a separate entrance. You can have breakfast either from a local convenience store (150m) or in our family restaurant (100m) where we provide a 15% discount on their consumption. We treat our guests with a Nespresso coffee machine and capsules. It is possible to rent a bicycle at the bicycle rental on the street. House & garden near lake Balaton

The comfortably equipped house is in Örvényes. The free beach (500 m), the grocery store and the train station are within walking distance. On the ground floor there is a kitchen, living room, dining room, wellness bathroom (sauna, bathtub), upstairs there are 3 bedrooms and a bathroom. The first bedroom has 1 double bed, the second bedroom has 4 90 cm beds, the third bedroom has a pull-out bed. The kitchen is fully equipped. The living room is connected to the terrace by glass doors. There's a big garden with a playground.

Poppy Apartment House

Our apartment house was built in Balatonudvar in 2025. Ideal for relaxation, but the main attractions of Lake Balaton are also accessible, whether by bike, car or train, so you don't have to give up the hustle and bustle. The beach of the settlement satisfies all needs; beach section for children, huge playground, beach football, volleyball, water bike, boat, SUP rental. The house is 200 meters from the beach. You don't have to cram the rubber mattress into the car :) and you don't have to fight for parking spaces either.

Our apartment house is centrally located, yet surrounded by lavender fields in an idyllic environment, where physical and mental recharge is guaranteed. Countryhouse by the Creek

This unique country house is located in Vászoly, one of the most authentic villages of the Balaton Highlands, just steps away from a grocery store and a fine year-round restaurant. The courtyard features a small pool for hot summer days, while the nearest beach is only a 10-minute drive away. Please note that while the Countryhouse itself is fully private, the outdoor areas are shared with guests staying in the other units. The garden offers plenty of spots for everyone to relax comfortably.

In Örvényes (the smallest village of Balaton) is a house in farmhouse style available for you to rent. The house can accommodate up to 12 people. The local beach can be reached on foot in about 10 minutes. The house is fully furnished and provides guests with full comfort and relaxation. It is located on the bank of a small creek and the location is very calm and intimate. The excursion possibilities, beaches, and cool locations are numerous and really good. Our cosy little cottage is located in the authentic holiday town Fövenyes by the Lake Balaton. The Beach is only 300 meters away. You can enjoy two terraces and a large garden. There is one bedroom with a queen size bed and a spacious bright livingroom with two comfy sofa beds. There is lots of things to do like wine tasting, biking, hiking, horseback riding, water sports etc. Hungary's most beautiful golf course is only 2,6 kilometers away. Within 300 meters there is an open air cinema.

The Champagne Apartment is a quiet, close to nature and discreet home, from where you can reach the center of Balatonfüred and the shores of Lake Balaton in a few minutes. Perfect for hikers and cyclists. The stairs to the gallery are steep, so come with children who are not yet climbing or are already climbing safely. I provide a travel bed, baby bath, changing mat, and high chair for babies.

Kalácsház stands on an undisturbed small estate. It's an ideal place to get away and relax for a while. And in the evening, you can bathe under the stars in the outdoor tub. Dörgicse is a quiet little gem of the Balaton Uplands, special restaurants, Lake Balaton activities and an old timer museum nearby. The house has air conditioning to keep you warm in winter and cool in summer. A hot relaxing bath after the trip is ideal in the two-person tub.

The Cabernet Cottage

Kick back and relax in this calm and stylish space. The cottage is located in the middle of a vineyard surrounded by vines. In the immediate vicinity are lake beaches and a golf course. Directly from the house there are numerous possibilities for hiking and cycling tours through the picturesque Balaton highlands. Take a break in a vineyard and enjoy the wonderful view over the Hungarian sea with a glass of wine and a Hungarian meal.
