It is located in the back half of the plot, a little isolated, hidden from the other apartments, providing the greatest possible peace and personal space for its residents. The living room-kitchen area is also more than 60m2, so even in bad weather, you can spend time in a great atmosphere, even by the fire in the fireplace.

The house has air conditioning to keep you warm in winter and cool in summer. A hot relaxing bath after the trip is ideal in the two-person tub.
