Vacation rentals with lake access in Balatonszabadi

Wir können hier nur sagen das die Unterkunft absolut toll ist. Direkt am Balaton gelegen, jetzt im April schön ruhig und das Haus bzw die Ausstattung ist sehr gut. Ein Traum wenn man bei nicht so warmen Wetter, im Whirlpool oder auf dem Sofa sitzen kann und durch die großen Panorama Fenster auf den Balaton blicken kann. Alles in allem war dies ein traumhafter Aufenthalt für uns Ungarn Fans hier im April.

We hadden een superleuke, aangename vakantie in deze prachtige villa. Het huis is zeer goed uitgerust, heeft een mooi terras en een prachtige tuin met veel bomen, die de nodige verkoeling geven tijdens de warme zomerdagen. (de airco's op de slaapkamers zijn ook een grote meerwaarde) Het rustige strand ligt om de hoek (ca. 200m) en met de bolderkar neem je met gemak al je strandgerief mee. Te voet of met de fiets ben je zo in het centrum bij de bakker, kleine supermarkt of restaurant. Een absolute aanrader om het Balaton en deze mooie streek te ontdekken.

Nagyszerű Balaton parti szállás, szép kilátással és privát strandolás lehetőségével. Az udvar kellemesen árnyékos volt, a stégen és a parton lehetett napozni. A szállás jól felszerelt, kiságyat és etetőszéket is tudtak nekünk biztosítani.

We had an amazing stay at Eva’s place with our family! The house was spotless and had everything we could possibly need, from a fully equipped kitchen to comfortable living spaces. The kids absolutely loved the selection of toys, which kept them entertained throughout our stay, and the big garden was a perfect spot for them to run around and enjoy the outdoors. The location was fantastic as well—everything we needed was close by, from shops to parks, making it super convenient for our family. Eva was a wonderful host, very responsive and helpful. We highly recommend this place for anyone traveling with kids or looking for a peaceful, family-friendly getaway.

Great house with lots of amenities in quiet area about 40 minutes to Budapest. We stayed in off-season so lots of things nearby closed but not a problem. Zsolt is a very gracious host, he actually met us to show us around and he was very quick to answer questions and to help out. Thanks so much for a great stay!

Tamas was a very friendly and helpful host. The apartment was really well equipped and gave us everything we needed. Our dogs really enjoyed the access to the garden. A very pleasant stay

Nagyon jól éreztük magunkat a nyaralás alatt. A szállás közel van a strandhoz, és a sétány sincs messze. Köszönjük a házigazdának, Sebastiannak is, aki rendkívül barátságos és segítőkész volt, minden kérésünkre azonnal reagált. Biztosan visszatérünk még!

Very good apartment everything likes on the photos.Nice modern furnitures and AC in every room.Very big balcony with a good view and seats to sit down.inside car park space good for the hot weather. location wise very good next to the free beach with swallow water for children, few minutes walk to the restaurants and around 15 minutes to the town centre, supermarkets 5 minutes away. Very good stay I would recommend to everybody.

Recommended place. Beach 15 mins walk but by scooter it takes around 5 mins. Nice and comfy place.

Importantly, the management team is always open to receiving feedback to enhance visitors' stays, taking it seriously to ensure high standards are met. If there are no restrictions on the number of adults, the apartment can comfortably accommodate a family of 4-5 adults and one child. The beautiful Lake Balaton is just a 2-3 minute walk from the building, where you can rent small boats or yachts, swim, or visit the children's playground, equipped with swings, slides, seesaws, and more. If you are seeking a peaceful environment, this is the perfect location, as it offers a serene retreat away from the bustle of Budapest. However, the M7 motorway provides a quick connection to Budapest,with a travel time of approximately 40 minutes by car

Remek házigazda volt nagyon segítőkész. A szállás is szuper volt, medence tiszta, 1 kapu választja csupán el a balaton parttól. Ajánlom mindenkinek. Az erkélyről csoadás kilátás van a Balatonra.

Рекомендую всем для отдыха,шиикарная набережная,рядом много лебедей,сад роз,всё в пешей доступности,прекрасная гавань с яхтами. Очень приятный хозяин,отвечает в любое время на все вопросы, в комплекте есть бассейн для детей,джакузи,сауны,зал с тренажерами . Сам город очень уютный,как дома,всё чисто ,костёл, много памятников идти 15минут, можно на велосипедах и самокатах. Всем хорошего отдыха на озере Балатон и с этим домом и хозяином!!!

It is a great place. It is located in a quiet neighborhood and just a few minute walk from the public beach. It is absolutely clean, immaculate, comfortable and well equipped. We also loved the interior design. Agnes is an excellent host. She was prompt and helpful. We had a minor technical glitch, but she and her husband went above and beyond to resolve the problem. Overall we were happy with our choice and we would certainly go back in the future.

Annamária és párja szuper vendéglátók, a képek nem adják vissza azt a hihetetlen milliőt, amivel a szállás rendelkezik! A ház egy szuper csendes helyen található, nincsenek közel a szomszédok, mégis elérhető távolságban van minden. A berendezés nagyon stílusos és igényes, de egyben hihetetlenül praktikus is, sok tárolóhellyel, minden igényt kielégítő szuper konyhával (minden van, semmit sem kell vinni), külön mosószoba szárítógéppel, sok tágas közös térrel. Utóbbinak különösen örültünk, mert egy 8 felnőtt + 4 gyerekes társasággal sem tudtuk zsúfolttá tenni a házat, nyugodtan és kellemesen elnyelt minket :) Az ajtók nagyon jól szigeteltek, vígan lehetett dumálni, miközben a gyerekeket sem zavartuk álmaikban. Van grill és bogrács is, amihez kaptunk tüzelőt is. Borospince is van a kertben, ahol igény esetén borkostolót tartanak a vendéglátók és tapas-okat is kínálnak hozzá. A konyhában mindig van bekészítve egy kellemes borsor, amit bármikor meglehet bontani igény esetén, így még a boltba se kell lemenni. A házban nincs klíma, de ennek hiányát egyáltalán nem éreztük, mert a sok fa kellemes árnyékot vet, a különleges tetőszerkezet és a jó szigetelés is sok hőt elnyel, így napközben és este is nagyon kellemes idő van bent.

Gyönyörű kilátás, csodaszépen berendezett ház, a feltöltődés és nyugalom szigete várt bennünket. A teraszokokon mindig van napsütés és árnyékos hely, amire éppen vágysz. Nekünk most erre a helyre volt szükségünk.

Das Haus hat unsere Erwartungen voll erfüllt. Ich würde sogar sagen, dass es innen moderner ist als auf den Fotos. Auch gab es viele kleine Details, die uns gefreut haben. Wir hatten zu viert sehr viel Platz: die Eltern haben im Schlafzimmer im Erdgeschoss geschlafen und die Kinder hatten das ganze Obergeschoss für sich. Leider ist der Rasen, der auf den Fotos zu sehen ist, durch weißen Schotter ersetzt worden und deshalb konnte man draußen nur auf der Terrasse barfuß gehen und man konnte dort auch nicht liegen. Hier würde ich empfehlen, eine Klappliege mitzubringen oder gleich zum Strand zu gehen, der nur 30 Meter entfernt ist. Überhaupt ist in dem kleinen Ort alles ziemlich nah und gut erreichbar: Restaurants, ein kleiner Supermarkt und Bahnhof. Die Kommunikation verlief sehr gut und schnell: wir haben bei der Anreise den Schlüsselcode am Telefon erhalten, alle Fragen wurden schnell beantwortet und wir konnten sogar unsere Koffer etwas länger stehen lassen. Gerne wieder!

Loved our stay, moments from a lovely beach, little food shop nearby. Plenty of space and a well equipped kitchen. We were two families plus some grandparents and so the three bathrooms were all put to use as well as the baby cot and high chair!

Anna hat uns persönlich in der Unterkunft begrüßt und gleich alles erklärt. Sie ist eine sehr sympathische und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin! Das kleine Haus war angenehm kühl bei der Ankunft und es gab sogar ein Wasser im Kühlschrank was ich sehr nett fand. Die Lage und der Ausblick vom Garten sind einfach atemberaubend ❤️ es ist eine sehr ruhige Gegend, man kann wirklich gut abschalten und einfach entspannen. Sonnenuntergang vom Whirlpool aus anzuschauen ist der Wahnsinn 😍 In der Beschreibung steht, dass es einen Zugang zum Strand gibt... Allerdings keinen direkten Zugang was ich sehr schade gefunden habe. Aber mit dem Auto war man in 5-10min beim nächsten Stand. Sonst alles wunderbar! DANKE und auf jeden Fall bis zum nächsten Mal! 😃
