The house is located in downtown Balatonfüred, between three churches, about 25-30 minutes walk from the shore of Lake Balaton. There are restaurants, bakeries, shops and cafés in the area.

The house is ideal maximum for 4 Persons either for families or couples.There is one bigger room with a double bed and armchairs and opening from it a smaller rom with two separate beds. One bathroom and a well equipped kitchen.

A Rozmaring Apartman egy két szintes épület első emeletén található, 26m2-es, 8m2-es terasszal. Az apartmanban 160×200-as franciaágy, valamint 80x188cm-es kinyitható kanapéágy található. Az apartmanban maximum 3 fő elszállásolása lehetséges. A balatonfüredi apartman teakonyhájában beépített hűtő /fagyasztóval/, Nespresso kávéfőző és mikrohullámú sütő áll a vendégek rendelkezésére. A teakonyhában főzési lehetőség nincs. Az apartmanban dohányozni nem lehet!
