In the middle of the village, a few hundred meters from the Liliomkert market, bordered by forest and stream, is our cozy little estate. Large common space downstairs, 4 bedrooms upstairs, fireplace, garden, fireplace, covered pergola, scents and bird chirping await in all quantities. The nearest beach is 6 km away. In the village, there is a café, delicatessen, gallery, wineries, Sunday market, in the neighboring villages within 10 minutes, the best ice cream shop in the neighborhood (the world), super restaurants, children's and adult programs, concerts, wineries, hiking await.

The comfortably equipped house is in Örvényes. The free beach (500 m), the grocery store and the train station are within walking distance. On the ground floor there is a kitchen, living room, dining room, wellness bathroom (sauna, bathtub), upstairs there are 3 bedrooms and a bathroom. The first bedroom has 1 double bed, the second bedroom has 4 90 cm beds, the third bedroom has a pull-out bed. The kitchen is fully equipped. The living room is connected to the terrace by glass doors. There's a big garden with a playground.

2 upstairs apartments for rent near the centre of Balatonföldvár, in a calm street. 5 minutes walk to shops, vegetables, bakery, butcher, football field, taverns. They can be rented seperately, or together. The kitchen, the living room, and the bedroom are open together. It has a balcony with a wonderful view to the lake, and a bathroom with hydromassage bathtub. The second apartment is for 3 persons, plus an extra bed, with 2 rooms, shower and balcony. There are lots of things to do in the area such as wine tasting, biking, hiking, horseback riding, tennis, water sports etc. Hungary's most beautiful golf course is only 2,6 kilometers away. Within 300 meters there is an open air cinema.
