Nearby is the train station, baw station. Our free beach was renovated in 2019, about 5-6 minutes on foot, with waterfall blocks, a playground, a volleyball court. Parton solar screen protects the blading trivia. The abc is 400m and the bike path is about 30m from the house. You can also rent 5 bikes! There is a observation deck on 1.5 km of Löszfal, from which Lake Balaton is beautiful and we can provide to Tihany. There are plenty of great restaurants next to the beach and in the village, 600-800 m away. I wait for everyone with love.

Love Shack

Our cosy little cottage is located in the authentic holiday town Fövenyes by the Lake Balaton. The Beach is only 300 meters away. You can enjoy a spcious tarrace and a large garden. There is one queen size bed a comfy sofa bed. There are lots of things to do in the area such as wine tasting, biking, hiking, horseback riding, tennis, water sports etc. Hungary's most beautiful golf course is only 2,6 kilometers away. Within 300 meters there is an open air cinema.

A green road sign indicates distances to Tihany at 44 km and Balatonkenese at 5.5 km. A bicycle icon is present, suggesting that this road is suitable for cycling. Lush trees frame the picture, providing a natural backdrop.

The flexible 'check-in' as well as the flexible 'check-out' were very good for us, which we had a long journey. The personal account cat at check-in and the explanation of the house, the house and pool technology were great and greatly contributed to a great and relaxed holiday start. You could just feel comfortable in this property. The view over Lake Balaton and the great sunsets - you can go on vacation. The tips in the Carolin and Geoff area were very helpful. The infrastructure in Balatonfützfö is also overly good. Conclusion: A repeated vacation with the use of this great accommodation is not excluded from our point of view.

Absolutely amazing newly built villa at Balaton. You will have everything you need for a nice and relaxing stay for your family and friends. Would highly recommend. Thank you Eszter for having us at your place, everyone talked highly of the house and amenities.

We had a short but very nice stay at the apartment! The amenities were as indicated with a private jetty on the lake as well as a swimming pool in the house. Also very nice is the large terrace! By car, all places can be reached within a short time. Except for a dishwasher, the apartment offers everything you need with up to four people!
