Condo vacation rentals in Bakuriani

We stayed at Nanuka’s apartment for 4 days with our 2 year old kid and it was such a pleasant experience! The apartment was very clean, well furnished and the kitchen was well equipped. The host was super prompt in answering all our queries and everything was provided in the apartment that one may need! The approach to the building is also very clear and well located - right opposite the super market. Would definitely recommend this and would stay here every time we visit Bakuriani!

Отличная квартира в современном комплексе, есть лифт, рядом хороший ресторан, в 5 минутах ходьбы круглосуточный супермаркет. Так же рядом выход к трассе и другие развлечения для детей. Хозяйка квартиры очень отзывчивая и дружелюбная, была очень внимательна к нам. Рекомендую это жильё.

The apartment is small and clean, with bed linen, towels, and even disposable toothbrushes provided. There are three radiators, which were very hot, but despite that, the apartment stayed cool at -19°C outside. If you’re traveling in cold weather, bring house slippers for extra comfort! Otherwise, everything was great. The host was very accommodating, allowed us a late checkout, and was always responsive. There is a very tasty Georgian restaurant in the neighboring building, which is just below two minutes away.

Большое спасибо хозяйке за отзывчивость и прием. При заселении нас встретили. Квартира нас порадовала на сто процентов - раздельные спальни, просторное пространство кухни-гостиной, веранда и двор, в котором мы могли жарить мясо. На кухне есть вся необходимая посуда. Постельное белье и полотенца чистые, в доме тепло и тихо. Стиральная машина есть на полуподвальном этаже, сушилка в ванной. Отличные виды и лучшие горнолыжные трассы (Didveli, Crystal) рядом. В пешей доступности есть и магазин, и прокат, но если нужно что-то специфическое, то уже лучше ехать на машине. Прекрасно отдохнули и провели время в доме и Бакуриани в целом. Вернемся еще…

Really great apartment placed in Didveli, between Crystal and Didveli sky resort (few minutes). Very clean, designed, full equipped (with all essentials for cooking and long stay included winter stay). Amazing view from the apartment ! Small supermarket ,restaurant, children playground and attractions within walking distance. The owners very communicative and helpful. We had a great winter vacation, recommended !

במקום מסודר , נמצא בקרבת אתר סקי . בדירה יש מטבח מאובזר, מאוד נקי . הבעלים של הנכס נתן מענה מהיר , גם בשעות הערב והבעיות שהיו טופלו במהירות. ממליצה בחום

I've stayed here for the whole season. What can I say.. this apt worth the price in full! Ana was super helpful and responsive, my inquires were solved very fast. Reception host (it is an apart-hotel) was also very friendly and helpfull, she speaks English well enough. It may seem that location is remote, but it is wrong: it's only 15 mins on foot to the city center. Big Nikora supermarket is just 2 minutes away and you can buy everything you need there. Buses to the slopes started to run 2 weeks after the start of the season, the bus stop is right near Nikora. They pads by every 30 mins, you can get both to Didveli and Kohta fast. Apartment was equipped with everything I've ever needed. If something was wrong, i could always contact reception and they will solve it fast. Surroundings are quiet and peaceful, though you need to note, that this is the Family apart hotel and there are a lot of families with kids during the winter holidays. Overall the price/qual is best in Bakuriani

Great apartment in the B1 Kohta building - with 1-2 minutes walking distance directly from the room (by lift) to the Kohta Ski lifts. Private parking, great heated room - really recommend !!!

The place is tiny but with all needed staff, and Nikoloz is a very attentive and responsible host! Enjoyed my stay 100%

Мы провели отличные и комфортные каникулы. Комната очень просторная и светлая, с красивым видом на горы. Большой плюс - есть стиральная машина. Маркет кафе спа все в пешей доступности.
